After my recent hand surgery (and with a shoulder replacement on the horizon), I found myself unexpectedly without a therapist. My insurance company wasn’t helpful, and after a string of frustrating calls and dead ends, I stumbled upon The Hand Lab almost by chance... and I am so grateful I did.

From the first phone call, Tyler, the office manager, made me feel supported and cared for. His kindness and genuine compassion set the tone for every visit. He is truly a part of the healing process.

Then there’s Dr. Brandon Henderson, Certified Hand Therapist, who is, quite simply, exceptional. He’s professional, deeply knowledgeable, and truly passionate about what he does. Brandon takes the time to explain every step of the process and always makes sure I understand what we’re doing and how it’s helping. I’ve been working with him for about a month now, and not only am I seeing remarkable progress, but after suffering serious injuries and enduring multiple hand surgeries, I’m also feeling something I haven’t felt in a long time: genuine hope.

The space itself reflects the same level of care; beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and full of good energy. It’s the kind of place where you can relax and know you’re in good hands.
