I recently started going to this kava lounge i have a work related injury and in an effort to avoid opiates i tried kratom...which has been nothing short of miraculous..i knew nothing about kratom and the staff at the kava bar have been wonderful in assisting me with the various benefits of kratom..one associate in particular..Randy is absolutely a gem.one of those people that are able to make a person feel completely welcome..she is an asset to the establishment and i look forward to seeing her there in the future...thank you Randy.. you are wonderful....and a great conversationalist..i give you guys 5 stars and will ALWAYS..come there for my kratom and vapes...so today is sunday 2/23..up to this point ive jad a great experience ..however today i sent my mom there to pick something up..i called ahead to make sure they would have it ready this was at 11 am.the woman i spoke to seemed resistant to helping me..did not have what i wanted to purchase ready when my mom got there and im not sure she even gave me what i asked for...my mom has no idea about any of this stuff...i just called back to ask if i got what the product i requested on the phone and was told yes and then got hung up on..up to this point ive had a great experience and jave been consistently spendi g money there..however whoever is opening staff today sunday 2/23=25 is very unpleasant and rude and has horrible customer service skills..im tempted to give her a piece of my mind for being downright unpleasant and absolutely rude...apparently she doesnt want people to come there when she works..i know if given a choice id never go there again when she is...

I started going to Delray Kava Lounge about three months ago and now it's my weekly chill spot.
