My friend and I went to this theater to see West Side Story on December 23rd after reading up on COVID precautions and protocol at the theater. They posted that they cleaned and sanitized each theater in between performances. They also posted that masks were required inside the theater unless you were eating. They left the impression that the seating was socially distanced, and that the number of people permitted at each showing was limited. Tickets were to be ordered online with a service charge. My friend has a seriously impaired immune system so we wanted to be sure we were safe. We walked into the theater, and there were people seated who were not wearing masks. Seating was wherever you wanted, and no social distancing was enforced. Not only was the theater NOT sanitized, it was dirty, with popcorn and garbage on the floor. My friend was upset and went out and brought back an employee who was irritated that she was being asked to clean up. Even when trash was pointed out, she said that they were short staffed, and we could get our money back if we were not happy. She did not clean, and she told us that there were only going to be a few people in the theater so it didn't matter. When I decided to get the refund because we were not comfortable, the service fee was not refunded. We were told it was not their charge but the service company's charge. Not only is the business website in accurate about the precautions they were supposed to be taking, the employees were callous and uncaring. It is highly unlikely we will ever return to...

We've never had such a horrible, humiliating experience‼️ The theater sold out and people were walking out of all of the theaters as they were full...only front row left. The small lobby was overflowing into the street with customers looking for a refund and complaining about your personnel who are not trained enough to stop selling seats when capacity is filled. Thinking it couldn't get worse than 100 annoyed people awaiting any employee to address the issue, people went outside to the ticket booth only to be greeted by a nasty, evil looking red head who started screaming "GO AWAY" and closed the curtain to the booth and walked out. Now people were shouting, "Call the Police." In a few minutes people were pushing and shoving "they're opening another theater" and the crush began. I've never encountered such a disorganized and nasty situation. Who is your Manager and why are your employees eager to start a riot? This was a disgusting evening and your management should be thoroughly embarrassed‼️ Susan Birnbaum and...
