This was the worst experience I have ever had shipping something ,,,, of which I do quite often. I lost both my parents within 6 months of each other in 2016. My sister lives in Arizona and my parents and I live here in Delray Beach. My sister was not able to come to Florida to retrieve the items she wanted from my parents house so I took them to this location to be shipped out to her. These were items that cannot CANNOT be replaced. My moms paintings, her old recipe box with recipes she hand wrote on cards dated back to the early '50's, and a gorgeous antique table and many other family heirlooms. The 62 pound box was shipped on December 13, 2016. I am writing this on February 22, 2017 and the box has not been found, we have not heard anything about our claim for the items in the box and no one cares. Customer service was extremely cold, uncaring, and totally unwilling to help. Like I say it has been over 10 weeks and we still sit here with no information, no reimbursement, no one to talk to except the same corporate lingo of sorry we don't have any information. I always have had a good experience with the people here. Usually the same 2 or 3 guys. Always helpful and patient. There are a number of times the business is very busy and all the employees are swampedal and it can take some time to get everyone taken care of. Some people complain that the staff move too slow and can't get out of there fast enough.I personally would prefer someone who was slow and accurate than someone fast and sloppy. Also, these people do not actually make the deliveries of your mail, packages. Screaming at them for poor deliveries is not the right people...

I was trying to to an Amazon return today and Curtis showed me how to change it on Amazon bc some of my returns were coming up to go to Whole Foods and i was panicking i have immune issues and after spending all day at the doctors I did not want to go to any other store just home.
