I always loved Qdoba and was so excited they were opening up in Delray beach.I was going here twice a week or more since you opened up this location. There are good friendly employees here, but one paticular employee had a bad attitude towards me.I was told by this female employee that this Qdoba location will not let you get your condiments like hot sauce on the side in those plastic containers anymore without a charge of 2 dollars if you get more then two hot sauces.I was never told that ever till yesterday. No other Qdoba does that except your location.I asked for 3 different hot sauces and the young girl working there said there is a charge for condiments of 2 dollars from now on unless you get it put in your burrito or bowl.I never had that told to me before.I was only allowed to get two condiments without a charge so I told the girl which ones I wanted.I didn't realize it but the girl looks like she intentionally didn't close the containers of my hot sauce in my take out bag so when I got home it spilled all over the inside of my bag.I had then had no hot sauce to use on my food.I was a regular customer spending at least 40 to 50 dollars a week here since you opened up.When you have employees treat you like that ,it makes you not want to give your place business anymore. You can thank your one particular female employee for making your location loose a regular customer like me.I was going to give you a good review of your restaurant until I got in that confrontation with your female employee yesterday..She was the only girl who was working there on Sunday evening July 6th.If you dont want to loose more regular customers like me,you should give out free condiments to paying customers like every other Qdoba does and make sure you have that female employee treat your paying customers better. You lost thousands of dollars worth of future business that I would of spent here durring a whole year.Im giving my business now back to Chipotle ,where their condiments like hot sauces are free to...
Read moreThe food was satisfying. Although I did want a kid’s quesadilla for my son he’s very picky but quesadillas are his favorite I was told they were out of kids tortillas although they made my husband’s burrito right before . Coming from the restaurant industry you just make it happen no matter what they could’ve just split a whole one in half . As I got closer to the end they were out of mango salsa as well which is probably popular so I understand. The manager who was checking us out was so rude to his staff saying slick remarks to them right in front of me I felt so bad for them . The staff was so kind and sweet but this older male manger was so rude even to me . I will be back for the food which...
Read moreThis is not like a normal fast food place. They are cleaning up your tables, offering to clear your empty plates and always on top of things. The manager, Chris, is such a delight and hard worker. He is coming up to the customers, engaging with them, asking them about their meal. This place truly cares about giving exceptional service at such a low cost to the customer. The debate of whether Qdoba or chipotle is better will continue however, service, hospitality, and the environment that Qdoba gives will place in first every single time.
I also met the owner the day after opening day and he is such a kind human being. They are hiring very top notch employees and the food of...
