Rainbow Shops — Local services in Delray Beach

If I could give this location less than one star I would. I'm from Philadelphia 3 years new to the area of Delray Beach. I usually shop at the one in Deerfield. Beautiful store very bright and welcoming to all. But this store. Congress Ave. The worse. My best friend and I walked in the store and hadn't gotten one feet from the window. Of course their shoe display is up front. Well that's why I assume they are up front. TO TOUCH. I know how hard employees work to keep their displays nice. I respect that always. But upon entering, your tone speaking to customers arriving is everything. First impressions. They were uninviting. Instead of hello welcome, you yell across the store. Don't touch the display. Not sure what or who she was use to being in her store but we are ladies and appreciative of neatness. I came to purchase looking for specifics. After arriving I had no desire to continue to shop. I could not wait to get out of there. Will never return to this one or suggest anyone else. It was chosen because of the distance from my home. Retrain your staff and the set up...

Everytime I go into a Rainbow store I remember why I stayed away so long. You can't try on clothes. I'm short and have to try on my clothes and preferably before I purchase them. My busy schedule doesn't allow me time to come back to the store because of store policy making it inconvenient for customers. The young girl who checked me out picked my items for purchase up to scan, placed them in the bag, and never even said the total or thank you. She didn't speak one word. I said thank you to her. Customer service is zero to none here. The cheap prices and quirky items are the only reason I shop there about 3...

I would give this location a 0 if possible. Teach your staff how to interact with the public. Fair skinned Carribbean woman clearly doesn't have a clue how to interact with the public.
