If I could give this location less than one star I would. I'm from Philadelphia 3 years new to the area of Delray Beach. I usually shop at the one in Deerfield. Beautiful store very bright and welcoming to all. But this store. Congress Ave. The worse. My best friend and I walked in the store and hadn't gotten one feet from the window. Of course their shoe display is up front. Well that's why I assume they are up front. TO TOUCH. I know how hard employees work to keep their displays nice. I respect that always. But upon entering, your tone speaking to customers arriving is everything. First impressions. They were uninviting. Instead of hello welcome, you yell across the store. Don't touch the display. Not sure what or who she was use to being in her store but we are ladies and appreciative of neatness. I came to purchase looking for specifics. After arriving I had no desire to continue to shop. My busy schedule doesn't allow me time to come back to the store because of store policy making it inconvenient for customers.
