Dr Serge Alexandre is PHENOMENAL!! The best doctor ever for my Mom’s care. He lets you speak and listens. He is truly concerned and writes everything down. The first doctor ever to actually call you back when you want to speak to him, not an assistant calling it’s the actual doctor ! My Mom has had several doctors that only pushes pills and does not listen to what a person is feeling. Dr. Alexandre has adjusted her meds and took her off several medications that were not agreeing with her. First time in a long time that she is feeling so much better. Blood pressure is getting stable and her diabetes is now food controlled. No more Metformin. The staff at Amicus in Delray Beach is the best staff I have ever had to deal with. Everyone is friendly and organized and on top of everything. Stephania Donatien Office Manager is wonderful as well as Brenda, and rest of the staff at the front desk. You call them and they tend to your every need. Dr Alexandre should get a Grammy for the care he gives his patients. I give 100 stars !!!

I had an appointment to and met with Nurse Practitioner Nancy. I was hesitant in seeing her since I am more comfortable with the doctor. My blood pressure was elevated and she did her best to put me at ease. She listened to my concerns and didn't pull any punches. She was very professional but approachable. She treated my like a human being and not a patient. I can go on forever about her, but I wouldn't be able to find the words. My blood pressure is still elevated, but we have a great treatment plan in place. Everybody at this location are the best and I wouldn't trade them for...

I was a new patient. Just left my appointment. It was such a nice experience. All the staff was wonderful from making the appointment over the phone to my arrival. I had blood work done as well and I was in and out in a hour. Will be back for my follow up...
