BEWARE BEWARE CAUTION CAUTION $17.00 Rip-off lunch The store in Delray Beach FL sold me this 7-8" sandwich as you see it. 6oz or less of meat. They approved this post, and reviews BTW. Dan Fox (NICE GUY) previous CEO is aware as well, but retired he can't do much. Franchise owners don't care AT ALL and it's truly unfair to someone looking for a quick tasty lunch. $12.00 for these two bites and $5.00 for tax, a small bag of Doritos 1 3/4 oz and medium fountain drink. Shame on you Firehouse Subs #firehousesubs ripoff.

I had a horrible experience at this location the workers there act like you're doing them a favor by purchasing a sub from this location! Very unprofessional they barely had any clients and they sure did not feel like making a sandwich very disappointed! I'm Throwing It All Away... I don't think my dog would even want to eat this! Re train the person making the subs please !!!!!!

It hurts my heart to give this store a bad rating but something has to be done about the “manager” Emilio. I read the reviews and noticed a trend; rudeness. Every time I enter the whole staff greats me by NAME. 60k+ VIP points would tell you why. Ever since his arrival my trips to this store have been less than pleasant. I see it in the poor staffs faces. He is bad for business, hence why my staff nor I will return until something is done. Given these rough times I know there are countless other good hearted people that need work and would be more than grateful for the opportunity. Unfortunately, misery and disdain is the only energy in there now. Please figure it out for your sake and ours. Your biggest fan.. -Austin

I leaving a 1 star review due to how rude Kimberly, one of the managers, was to me and my friend as well as what I saw with her coworkers. I came in Monday 7/22 around 4 PM for a sandwhich. I asked for a fountain drink and before I could even finish my sentence, Kimberly snapped from the back of the store "We're out. All we have is diet." Another worker was trying to finish my order and she shoved him out of the way of the register and continued to talk over him. The entire time I was waiting to get my sandwich she was glaring at us and talking about us. Absolutely miserable woman. I cannot understand how someone like her could hold a job in customer service. I'm hoping management does something about this before y'all start losing customers...
