Me that was hungry, I went on Google to find a Haitian restaurant around, I came across Giveness restaurant, without wasting time I went there. But the guys the experience I did was really horrible, because when I arrived, there was no one to receive me, after incessants of "Is there anyone?" a light-skinned woman, who seemed to have problems with her husband last night, came out and did not even greet me, I said, "I'm here for 30 minutes and there's no one here, she replied, "What do you want sir?" I replied broth, I went to sit down, a few minutes later, I heard "here is the broth sir" it is she who called me to pick up food the food instead of bringing it to the table . what kind of custumer service is it? Read moreThis should be a great place for Caribbean food lovers to enjoy a taste of the Island. Unfortunately it is run by a non educated Haitian owner with a disrespectful way to manage business.
It is the rudest thing to experience when asking for service and the person behinds the phone vehemently shut the phone to your nose, only because it is Haitian serving Haitian. I bet they would not do that to Mr Blanc.
It is sad to see how low we can carry our bad demeanor from home to USA.
