This particular Home Goods Store cannot find a decent manager. They had pretty rude lady manager in the past. Now they have a little guy who seems to be micro managing the entire store. Even though he seems to be hardworking, he has no customer service skills, he is rude to customers, employees seem to be afraid of him & feel like asking every little thing to him. He has no smile, no common sense, no customer service skills. Seems very nervous, anxcious, hyper almost weird. I had 2 incidents w/him regarding price, both cases his answers & attitude were wrong. As a long time TJ customer, i didnt appreciate it. I dont think he will last too long bcuz eventually employees will determine it. As a long time retailer, i can see it on the employees' faces. I wonder why that particular Home Goods Store can never recruite a normal manager. Im sure there are or were others in between but over the years these were the 2 i dealt with & neither had any skills. I will go to different Home Goods stores & wait until the rude man...

It had two mark down stickers one previously for $59.99, the second and most current for $39.99 on the outside of the package, this cashier made it seem like I changed the sticker myself, she went on to say, "we don't double mark down an item," which is a lie because I'm a HomeGoods customer since the early 2000s, and I've seen many mark downs on the same item. Eventually after back and forth the with this cashier, I requested to speak with the Manager who verified that "YES" it was marked down a second time. This was my first time at the Delray Beach location, but it left a bitter taste in my mouth. She needs to be trained properly to know about product sales, mark downs etc, and her people...
Read moreA good drink at the bar (Belvedere Mandarin chilled straight up, real difficult to make). We sat at a table in the bar then the bartender/server pretty much disappeared throughout the time we were there. She was stacked with tables outside but the bar was totally empty, that's why we sat in there...the music was too loud otherwise. I sent the chicken salad back some weird, like going bad, taste. My friend had me taste the grilled chicken on her sandwich...dry & chewy. Coleslaw, chicken spring rolls & fried shrimp (replacement for the chicken salad) were good. Sweet potato fries were excellent & came to the table hot. Ordered ice cream which never came. The most annoying part was that I had to take the dishes off the table & put them up on the bar after we got sick of looking at dirty dishes for close to 20 minutes. We had a good recommendation...
