My wife and I tried this restaurant after seeing it a few times when visiting the nearby shops. She recognized a dish called Chole Bhatura that doesn’t typically appear in restaurants and decided to try theirs. I tend to explore the menu and try different things as I don’t have a go to Indian dish. This time the chicken majestic stood out as neither one of us had tried or heard of this dish. I ended up pairing it with the garlic naan to have a vessel to enjoy it with. We were both incredibly pleased with the dishes and highly impressed with the flavors of everything. Even the garlic naan stood out. Every Indian restaurant likely makes garlic naan and it’s by no means an intricate dish but when you can take something that seems quite simple and make it taste so incredible then that’s pretty impressive. The chicken had an incredible flavor combo of spicy and savory then the lime you can add to it just made it even better. As much as we loved our dishes we are excited to go back and try more. They told us they offer a lunch buffet which is a great way to try multiple things and I’m sure we will partake in that at some point. As incredible as the food was the service and people who work there are certainly another reason to return. Everyone was so friendly and attentive to the guests. The owner himself was checking on his guests to make sure the food and service were enjoyable. I mentioned to our server how much we loved everything and how we could taste that our food was prepared by someone who actually cared about the product he was putting out. Sadly I don’t always feel that way about each restaurant we dine at. To our surprise she brought the chef over to our table to share with him our thoughts without first telling him why. He thought I might be complaining about something but once he realized how happy we were with everything it brought a big smile to his face and we all shared a laugh. Raj is the owner and he is running a great restaurant and staff and we can’t wait to enjoy our next meal here. Thank you Persis for caring about your guests and food the way that I wish all...
Read moreI have visited Persis Delray location on two different occasions so far, as recommended by my coworker, during my weekday lunch hour. At first I ordered off of their lunch menu, and on my second visit this last Tuesday I decided to venture off of the lunch menu and had the vegetarian dish paneer butter masala, I think is what it’s called. I’ve been thinking of this place all week, and intend to bring my husband again this weekend so we can try their buffet. 🤤 It’s so flavorful and the textures are perfect. (If you’re not into spicy stuff be sure to tell them.) I’ve been getting medium spicy and I love it. I never leave hungry, the portions have been perfect. Also the presentation is pretty, I love the little copper dishes I get to eat out of.
The tables are well spaced so I don’t feel packed in with other guests. I love the art on the walls. The paintings remind me of some my grandmother gave me so it’s extra nostalgic for me. During lunch they play music videos on the TVs and I end up not focusing on the person I’m eating with because I’m obsessed with watching them. Everything is clean✨ The scent in the air was sweet and spicy at the same time - I believe that if I walk into an establishment and it reeks of cleaning spray that it affects my ability to fully enjoy my food so I love that the air smells fresh here.
The staff is so friendly, patient and kind.💕
Srinivas waited on our table both times I’ve gone so far and has provided consistent, high quality service. He was so informative, and funny making me want to come back. If you’re new to Indian food this is a great gateway restaurant into Indian cuisine because the staff was so patient with all of our questions and attentive after we got our plates to see if it was to our liking. 10/10

Read moreSuperb food and wonderful service. When we walked in I knew we were in for a treat, and Persis Indian Grill did not disappoint! The amazing aroma of Eastern spices hits you right away. It made is so hungry and they could not get the delicious food out to us fast enough! We kept is fairly simple, starting with samosas - amazing little bites of fried deliciousness! We had the green mint sauce and the sweet tamarind sauce and both were fabulous. In fact, the sauces stayed through the main course, adding amazing flavor to our bites of tandoori chicken and vegetable tiki marsala which was our main courses. Of course they cook to order, so you can choose the spice level (we chose hot) for any palate. My only knock was the naan we ordered took a little longer to arrive and we needed it to shovel in the amazing food faster! Once it finally arrived, we reached the gates of heaven. The garlic naan by the way... I would straight up shank a b*tch for another order of this. We had the opportunity to glance around to the other six or so tables that were eating, and there was no doubt that everyone was blown away by the food like we were. Complete strangers were offering us food (the portions are great for sharing) so we could taste more it was that good. I am not a big buffet fan, but I would consider going to their weekend buffet just so I could try more of the delicious food! The icing on the cake was the service. You felt like you were eating at the chefs table, and they really cared for your opinion and cater to any request. Overall we give it a 6 out of 5 stars, and I cannot...
