Rooted Gem — Local services in Delray Beach

Incredibly embarrassed by the item I received! I purchased the Yacht Club suitcase by Jack Rabbit Collections as it was an item on a registry and two days before the party the item arrived used, dirty, and broken with a missing sail to the sail boat. I contacted customer service and was combatted with snarky remarks, such as “that is very surprising” and absolutely no resolution or follow-up. I wanted to buy Jack Rabbit toys from a local business rather than Amazon, but have never had issues buying from them and with that level of customer service I will NEVER buy again from this “boutique.” Buyer beware if you are shopping online.

Edit: I was never offered a replacement. The person I spoke with told me they were out of stock and she could ship a different item if I chose to return the broken one.
