Very unprofessional place-the owner Paul needs training immediately . He does not appreciate anyone’s business .

The movers used lies to manipulate the owner and the owner stood by the mover not me . as a good client tgat spent thousands in that store; I am insulted . the moves imposed upon me and paul did nothing to make things right. he took zero accountability for the financial and emotional imposition,

-true treasures approved over 10 items .

1. The movers lied-they called a scratch In the back of a new item -a gash bc they did not want to lift heavy furniture

2. the movers stopped mid job-left without taking 5 items in perfect condition ( items agreed upon ) and they never told the owner Paul they left great items . True treasures lost & over these bad actions

3. Paul did not hold the movers accountable for failing to finish the job agreed upon

4. the movers destroyed my entire day. The movers dropped furniture on my lawn of a palm beach condo and the owner Paul did not address the bad action .

5. The movers stole 3 items and Paul did not hold movers accountable

True disgrace

Love Jason when he was selling. It used to be so much fun to buy and sell. I feel as if they are losing that part of the business….. Its not fun anymore. Getting too cold and pricing out long time clients w cold emails ie the girl that take the photos responds “we will pass”. Not oh Hi Ms …. Thank you and while your piece is lovely we arent ……happy Thanksgiving etc. ie That cld be a bad thing for business in the long run…I tried to resell an adorable table which everyone wants and sold it in minutes to another consignment. I remember when I went once into shop to buy which I do more then resale and bumped into an lovely elderly lady who came in to see what items of hers had sold and what didn't and she looked so sad about a piece that didn't sell and didnt want to reduce the price so I bought it at asking price and she was so happy & told her how much I loved it.
