275 reviews at 4.7 Makes me wonder how any retail store having wonderful reviews but honestly I've generally decent experience's with the items are in stock and buy off the shell. Even did wonders with getting my key farb working.. BUT THIS RECENT TRANSACTION....WAS HORRIBLE and continues to worry me.. Leaving Metro right next door couldn't fix my phone( Broken cracked screen ) and I saw their sign Batteries and Bulbs that they repair the broken glass and went outside and was told My mother phone will be repaired in an hour so we were very happy that my ill mother will have a working phone very soon which made her and myself happy. They had no glass to repair it and told me they'll order one and will be ready in 5 days..I called up to pick it up and the man Lamour told me they are going to order it today.. WTF, another 5 days... No communication. no apology, No hope but got the old well, " we aren't in control with the ordering and what comes in is what we get and then not even a Guarantee it will be in.. Why not explain this to me. I could've bought a new phone same day and have my mother with a phone...NO HOPE , No Promises and they should know how to talk to customers.... Even if it was an elderly not in control of god forbid an emergency.. Nothing more to say about this place... When you tell someone an hour, and then 5 days and then another 5 days....How could I put my trust with them..A Great place for a light bulb but I would never trust them again. Let's see if I even get a call that the phone...

These people are cons!!! They fix your phone with cheaply made supplies and don’t even properly fix it. I went here because of the good reviews thinking that it would be a good place. I have never had an issue out of anywhere I have taken a phone for repair before besides here. My screen was not properly put in at the bottom. When I called the manager to inform him he told me over the phone that it was because my phone could be warped. When I tried pushing the screen back in it broke my brand new screen again. The tech yesterday informed me that you could tell where it had been pressed in. Now when I bring in the phone the manager didn’t state anything about it could have been warped he blamed it on me for their screen coming out of my phone. Although you can notice on camera when I came in there to pick up my phone I put it straight into my phone case at the store. I didn’t take my phone out until a few days later to see the phone screen hadn’t been pressed in all the way at the bottom and therefore when I tried to do so, it shattered all the way up my phone. Even calling corporate they just offered a 20% discount. It was my mistake for not checking it immediately after getting it. Lesson learned. However, their screens are obviously very cheaply made so when they become broken due to that please be prepared to pay another $100ish dollars to repair it again. I WILL ABSOLOUTELY NEVER REFER ANYONE NOR WILL I EVER GO HERE AGAIN! WORST PLACE I HAVE HAD TO...

Terrible experience! Went to get a replacement battery for my Apple iPhone 12 Pro Max because it wasn’t holding a charge. This place sells “no name” batteries that the iPhone can’t even monitor the health on, and the kicker is they charge the same price as The Apple Store for an APPLE battety!! And they don’t mention that it’s NOT an Apple replacement battery! I read the contract and caught it!!! Then you have to leave your phone with them to change the battery!!! So much for being a small store with individualized customers service! But back to the battery: When your APPLE phone can’t monitor the health of the OFFBRAND battery, your phone can explode. The owner of this store, Jordan’s excuse to me was that it would cost him $2K for the rights to be able to carry and sell the Apple battery. So he charges the customer the same price as an Apple store for a no-name battery and the NO NAME battery can explode, your house can go up in flames but Jordan’s Batteries and Bulbs is saving $2K. Just what you want, right?? I choose to deal with responsible business owners in my community that don’t look at me like I’m a wallet! In addition, I work for The Florida Attorney General and these businesses practices don’t...
