Had a very horrible experience considering the fact that as a person whom is right now unfortunately unbeknownst to others disabled and barely getting by but trying to get Christmas gifts for my children to have bought some shoes which I brought back immediately after my daughter was able to try them on they did not fit I came back and was given permission by two male workers one was a manager and one was a cashier that I could trade for an equal priced item I found some shoes that would fit her and when I returned to the register there was a lady whom phoned another lady from the back of the store and in that moment while after I had arrived the two gentleman happened to have left for break she refused to allow me to change them and well now that's one less thing that I could scrape by to get my child all while having something now worthless. Which I started to cry because I already feel defeated enough led alone be given permission and 5 minutes later refused to be allowed to get the other ones. I asked to speak with him and she said "he gone". I said he was just here she replied I dono. I wanted to wait but my child is getting out of school so I have to go and well I will not ever shop here again how cruel of them seriously things they get given freely to sell for profit and can't even do something that would not have cost...

I can afford to shop at any retail store, but love a good deal and probably enjoy more of a challenge of searching for something I really don’t need. They’ve lost my family’s business, which they could care less. Rude, push in front of customers to place items back on rack without even an “excuse me a moment”. No dressing room, daughter tried on a shirt near a mirror and didn’t realize the tag came off, until time to pay. She told them price and went back to mirror area and found tag, and even offered to pay 3 times that amount. They wouldn’t not sell it period. Asked if we could have it held until next day when they said it would be retagged, only to be told a rude “no” by 2 employees. I understand some people are dishonest and attempt fraud. First train your staff to treat customers with respect. Be reasonable with working with customers, especially when offering a lot more for an item. Most items are donated to begin with and this store is so greedy. I know all the negative reviews will not encourage the owner to make changes, some people or businesses are just not worth your money or time. I would have rated a zero, but...

!!!!!Will never go back!!!! Bought a plug and play there. It was marked 12.12 that was crossed out and another price that said 1.24. Asked an employee about the price. I was told it was 1.24. After I got home with my purchases the same girl charged me the 12.12. I went back in since I was over charged for the item. Then a very rude latino girl said they would not do anything. That they would never mark down an item in such a way. Went I asked her why if it was full price was it crossed out and why their employee would say it was only 1.24? Which she replied with I don't know or care. The girl that told me the price and sold me the item was standing right there. When I asked her if it was her job to over charged people on purpose. She rolled her eyes and said what ever lady! This place is ridiculous! The employees are rude scam artist! They do not care about you. They sell over priced junk !Save yourself some trouble go somewhere else...
