Bought a phone from them a month ago ask for the 55$ plan but somehow they put me on the 70$ plan witch I did not ask for an didn’t realize it until I check my receipt when I got home after purchasing the phone . Came to the store to pay my phone bill because it was due in a few days an I told them when I first got this phone yall put me on the 70$ plan which I did not ask for and I brought them the receipt to show them so I told him I want the $55 plan and they said OK and they changed it and they try to charge me $76 for the service and I told him won’t it be $60 because I asked for the $55 plan plus I know it’s a five dollar fee when you pay in the stores so that would be 60 total and I asked them. What am I getting charged for extra and he couldn’t tell me so the manager came and I asked him hey I’m not paying $76 when I don’t know what I’m getting charged extra when I only want to pay $60 from the $55 plan plus the five dollar fee and he said OK hold on let me see and he was looking on the computer and somehow apparently he said oh because you’re getting charged for insurance for the phone and I said insurance? I never asked for insurance when I got this phone take that off and then my bill came out to $63. He took it off, but I would never come back to this location again because they are some scammers and will do anything to up in their price to so they can make...

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!! I was with them for a year and they throttle your data speeds, none of their phone service managers speak good English. I paid every month auto pay and 10 days before my next bill I switched credit cards and changed it in the app. The day my bill was due they shut my phone off. I called customer service confused. They said I’d have to pay a reconnect fee when I had autopay turned on!! I told them that I wasn’t paying the fee. I went to the app paid my bill then called AT&T and the bill was the same for the same stuff. I then canceled with Cricket and requested a refund. The guy said they would issue a refund. I called 10 days later and asked where my refund was and the lady said I wouldn’t be getting a refund. They’re cheats and liars! Don’t use this company!!...

Nice service, buy expensive. I went there yesterday to update my phone, and I want the A14 5G because I know it's good deal, I went the store one in carrollton and it was 50 something, but they want my ID and I forgot, and than drive back to Denton and the girls tell me the same phone: 125 dlls, I ask them and they said that's the price, and explain went to the one in carrollton and it's 50 dlls, but apparently they put they prices depends the store, so I called the store the one in 288 in Denton and it was 50 dlls, I bought 2 A14 5G for 160 dlls with taxes and activation.
