Just moved to the area and had not had my nails done, so my daughter and I went in. “Tina” asked how I liked my nails. I said very thin and short, she said no problem. I noticed things she was doing that I had never seen done before, but thought everyone has their own way and no need for me to say anything. After being there an hour and half and showing her all the errors on my nails. I gave up on my thin and short and was willing to settle for having all the nails to look a like. Well, that was an epic fail. I did hear my daughter tell the gentleman that was doing her nails that it wasn’t on right and he said “ no worry, I’ll fix it later” needless to say she finished before I did and did not get what she asked for. I gave the one star because she didn’t charge me, she knew I would be paying to have them removed, they also only charged me 50 dollars for my daughter’s nails. I have never nails look like this in all my years. Maybe they were having an off day, but now I’m paying to have them removed and replaced.

I have gotten acrylics off and on for years. They’re pretty, but I’ve always gotten them because my nails are thin and tear easily (especially because I wash my hands so much at my job). Basically I get them done for the strength, not the length. This is the FIRST time I have ever gotten exactly what I wanted - nails that were not too long. My tech checked in with me throughout my services (I got a pedicure that I very much enjoyed, too) to make sure that the water was the right temperature, nothing was painful, and I was liking the look. He even helped me pick colors to overlap since the one I picked was very sheer. I felt very taken care of and the prices are more than reasonable!

Went in for acrylic nail removal and instead of soaking off they tried to cut my nails off with cuticle scissors. First at the base and then cut into my fingertips and drew blood. Never experienced a removal like this. I was left bleeding. The acrylic was too stiff to be removed like this. I told him he cut my skin and didn’t apologize. I walked out in disbelief I couldn’t trust them no more.

My girlfriend and I went here looking for a nail place we could call home. This one had great reviews so we thought we'd give it a try. Here's where things go wrong. My girlfriend is seated and the technician started on her nails. Then another customer comes in wanting a pedicure. Instead of having the new customer wait, the technician alternates between doing my girlfriends nails and this strangers feet. GROSS. When my girlfriend realizes what's going on after the technician leaves her soaking in chemicals too long and her fingers begin to burn, she politely declines from any further service. During this I'm receiving a manicure and it's going well. I was very happy with my own service until the bill. I received a regular manicure. I was charged for a regular manicure plus 5$. When I asked why the addition I was told it was because they used two different color polishes. WHAT? I'm sorry. 5$ to open a second bottle of polish? Not nail art, not french. Just plain old color. That's just shady business. We will not return to this...
