Scam Alert!

The prices here consistently scan higher than the advertised prices, and conveniently, the screen showing customers the prices at the till doesn’t work. If you’re buying more than two items and aren’t sharp with math, you might end up paying $15 extra per item without realizing it until you’re well outside the country.

My total for a $105 item came to $119 (with no taxes added). I asked the cashier to honor the advertised price of $105, but he said he couldn’t and called the woman supervisor. She claimed that customers move items on the shelves and that the perfume I wanted was actually $14 more expensive than the listed price. I took a picture showing the shelf was perfectly arranged and even showed them the price on their online store, which matched the $105 I was asking for. Despite all the proof, they still refused to lower the price.

This seems like a perfect scam! If you decide to buy here, bring a calculator and make sure you’re not being overcharged $14 per item. The staff was uncooperative and unhelpful.

We stopped in the store and found a variety of Tom Ford Cologne. I’ve always heard good things about it, but I was unsure which scent I would prefer. They had no test samples to try. $100 + bottles with no testers!! They have an exchange/ return policy.

When waiting for our flight, I opened it up, tested and it was nowhere near the scent I liked. I went back to do an exchange for different scent and they would not exchange. $108.00 and they would not even exchange when most places would do it. If I knew the place lacked customer service that badly, I would had never of made a purchase. They even laughed!! Pathetic and cheap...

They sell Lancome foundation which already expired 15 months ago. I just found out 2 weeks after purchase and already threw the receipt away. I went back and saw the same foundation, same color and also the same expiration date on the same shelf. They refused to refund me so I asked “Are you guys really sell expired stuff??” They said it was my fault that I didn’t check it, can’t refund, thanks for letting them know, and their manager would call me but I never received the call.
