I went to Enstein Bagels at C gate in the Denver airport today with my family on the way out. When I went to pay, I briefly placed my 500 dollar bose headphones in a black case on the counter to get my card. They were sitting there right next to the register. I walked away for 5 min to wait for the food, realized I left them there, and my husband went to grab them. The woman at the counter told him "if they aren't on the counter I don't know what to tell you. I have a line sorry". I called them while I was at my gate and spoke to a man on the phone. When he went to ask the woman at the cash register, she told him that "her husband just came to pick them up, he has them". Currently, the location says they are at Enstein Bagels. When I land in Florida, I'm filing a police report. There are a ton of cameras in there. Not saying an employee stole them, but whoever did will surely be easily identified. Since the location says they are still there 1.5 hours later. Highly doubt it's a passenger. I will press charges if they aren't "found" by this evening.
Edit: you guys left a response and that link you told me to contact doesn't even work. I want my headphones or money for my headphones since your...
Read moreI love Einsteins, when I lived in Denver I would get it all the time but there isn't one close to me in CA where I live now so I was excited to get some before my 6 AM flight out of DIA. I ordered 1 toasted bagel with cream cheese and it took about 20-25 minutes to get my order. When I finally did get my order it was wrong however I only had less than 5 minutes to get to my gate at that point so I actually didn’t even realize until I was on the plane. Whatever I got was gross, so I just went hungry for my flight back.
To add an extra fyi: The employee who was calling out all of our names could barely speak any English. No offense to that guy, but why is he the one put in charge of calling out the names? I watched him screw up multiple names and even giveaway the food for the guy who ordered ahead of me which then they had to remake which just made everything jammed up. That guy even said why don’t you guys do numbers instead of names which I think we can all agree why don’t you do numbers instead of names? None of the employees had a sense of urgency. Communication was poor. Staff not really organized. Horrible experience, will never go back to...
Read moreI'm an employee of Einstein's and so when I saw that they had a location here I was very excited until I walked up to the counter and the cashier looked at me with distrust when I asked for my employee discount. I then took a gander at the bagel selection and I must say NOT ONE of the bagels met the golden standard. The green chili bagels looked burnt... and the cinnamon sugar thenhad NO cinnamon sugar ...lol and then I watched as an employee filled one of the bagel bins with no gloves. Needless to say I did NOT get that particular bagel. But I was hungry and chose the asiago with honey almond. Double toasted. I also ordered a caramel highrise with an extra shot . Very disappointing to find that this is one of the first locations that really fell short. I paid 10.00( with an employee discount????) For a cold bagel with way to much schmear and my caramel highrise ended up being a latte with an extra shot. No caramel AT ALL... and it seems my Asiago bagel wasn't made with the asiago cheese but the 6 cheese blend.. training or consistency needs to happen... So disappointed in the place I love...
