Some of the best Al Pastor tacos I've had since living in South Texas over 7 years ago. I ordered 6 Al Pastor tacos, and it was $15 and some change. I tipped 15% so the total was around $18 rounding up averaging $3 a taco ( would be around $2.65 a taco without tip after tax which isn't bad ).
Good size portioned tacos for the money and well worth it. I was hoping the thicker lighter colored green sauce was the same sauce from South Texas because that was the best sauce I've ever had, but unfortunately it was not. With that said it was still one of the best sauces I've had since leaving Texas.
The orange looking sauce has a great flavor and nice hint of spice, but the pinkish-white light colored one packs a punch instantly. It's like Connor McGregor is punching you directly in your mouth with a fist made out of Habanero peppers with a background flavor that keeps you wanting to try it again to figure it out. It's really good. Once you pour it on your tacos the flavor and heat of that sauce is lightened up and mixes very well for a perfect balance of flavor and heat for any spice lover.
Mix that one with the green one and it's phenomenal. Truly some of the best I've had in the area, and in my top 3 now fasho. You won't be disappointed coming here, and the wait is...
Read moreTruly the best taco truck in Denver. I have tried many but this is consistently my go to. The price is fair ($7 for the best quesadilla). Super quick and fresh. Lots of salsa options. I ALWAYS get the quesadilla... just trust me. As someone who doesn't even like quesadillas these are insane. Typically I am a taco girl always going for the meats. I don't know what kind of magic this taco truck shoves inside these tortillas but it's the best thing on the menu. Get it. It's huge, stuffed full of meat and cheese. My boyfriend also gets and recommends their tortas. We pick up the food to eat at home but there is a small area with a couple chairs to eat at the truck if you want....
Read moreI've only ever had a gabacha torta and al pastor tacos from here. They are both delicious and the green salsa is amazing. Paid $11 for the torta. Make sure you count your change right away as many times I have been given less change than I was suppose to get. They don't accept orders over the phone. They accept cards but there is a fee to use them. They have gotten my oder wrong a few times so I would suggest you check your order before heading home. I order my torta without onion and chile and many times they forget and add them. Location is inconvenient as they park in a small parking lot and there is...
