Terrible service. I bought a pipe here expecting a functional product. It was broken when I bought it from them and rather than offer me a refund they thought it would be appropriate to offer me 10% off a new more expensive pipe. When I proceeded to let them know I was upset because I paid for that pipe with money I obviously worked hard for the employee that was "helping" me thought it would be appropriate to tell me that the amount I spent was minimal and not worth being upset for. That being said I am a pipe enthusiast and my girlfriend and I get tattoos and piercing from this location frequently, however, since our money is so worthless we will be taking it else where. You're employees terrible service has caused you to lose a valuable employee and what would've been several hundred dollars that I spend here every year. So anyone looking for quality service and products that are not broken look elsewhere because they have proven to me today that they can't...

Came from San Antonio , happened to stop by this place to buy a dab rig they wrapped up the rig with bubble wrap so it wouldn’t break. Awesome! Came home put water n the rig and right off the rip it was really hard to hit like if it was clogged or something (just bought the rig) I called them they said bring it back so they can check it out. I came next day and all the manger told me that he couldn’t do anything about it that he has a lot of them at home and they all hit like this… I smoke a lot of wax and bought ALOT of dab rigs and I know for a fact a rig is not supposed to hit like that. I spent 47 bucks for a small rig that can’t even be used. Not even the worst part the manger put his whole mouth on my rig to show me that it was supposedly working after he put more water in the rig 🤦🏽‍♂️ and I couldn’t exchange it because it was used… DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE. Way over price and check your product...

Stop selling old volcano bags please. This is ridiculous. I have purchased so many volcano rolls here and they all have holes in them! Stop selling them if you guys can’t keep new bags! I have wasted so much money at this location and told them a year ago this was a problem. ALL OF THE VOLCANO BAG ROLLS HAVE HOLES IN THEM. Clear enough?
