NOT EVEN A STAR!!! I walked 1 hour 47 seven minutes--I don't drive, I don't own a car--to Best Buy on 4100 E Mexico Ave. with my old computer. After the long walk, a Geek Squad customer service associated asked me if I had a "ticket". "No ticket. I just have my computer that needs to be fixed". There was only another customer and said: "You have to get a tick. We don't deal with walk-ins. Come back another day!" What!!!!!???? Another walk in the middle of the winter. NO WAY. I came back the next week when I received an email that it was ready to pick up so I went in and they couldn't find it anywhere... They told me to come back tomorrow and they would look more. I came back and they still couldn't find it but they resolved the problem by buying me a brand new one. I really didn't lose anything because my files were all backed up and I got a brand new $900 laptop out of the deal. Can't really complain exchanging a 4-5 year old laptop for a brand new one!
