Saigon Terrace — Restaurant in Denver

Leaving Denver during the afternoon rush is numbing. We pulled into a little shopping area to relax and get our maps going. There we discovered the Saigon Terrace restaurant and decided to let the road rush diminish and get a bite for dinner. What a super surprise awaited us. My wife had 'Shrimp Pho with Flu Shot Broth'. It was wonderful. I had the 'Crispy Noodle Combo'. This was my first crispy noodles , which were arranged around the bowl like pizza slices, in the most wonderfully tasty sauce, filled with generous portions of assorted meat and veggies. The quality of the ingredients and the skill of preparation was 5-Star. We are saving the best Asian restaurant in the Denver area,in my opinion, on Maps, to return to on our next visit. Service was terrible. I walked in for dinner at 6:30pm on Wednesday evening. there was only 1 customer in the restaurant who already had food. I was instructed to set anywhere. The server brought me a menu. he said he would be right back with water. I told him I wanted Ice tea instead. he said he would be right back. a couple came in and he sat them 2 tables away. He focused on them. He took their drink order never brought me my drink. He brought out their drink order a then took their food order. I still never got my drink. So I left. You would think there would better service with only 2 active tables. would be smart to take care of 1st seated. Will absolutely never have a second chance. First of all, am so happy that Saigon came back! This pandemic, has high jacked and closed up so many places...so we love the the egg rolls spring rolls here so they always come out so hot and fresh and all the veggies and garnish that comes with it and the fish sauce is amazing I normally don't like the fish sauce but it's really good it doesn't really have a fishy taste but most of the time I ordered the peanut sauce with it. You won't go wrong when you order most anything here especially the Pho bowls plenty of warm hot broth especially it delicious in the winter get that extra flu shot in it and...
