Lashley Ever After — Local services in Denver

I booked a pedicure with Ashley for an event I had on a Friday. After confirming the appointment, Ashley reached out saying there had been a booking error and that I’d need to move my time. Her schedule was already full, so I had to move the appointment to Saturday — after the event I needed it for.

Then, the day before my new appointment, she reached out again asking if I could change the time. When I told her I couldn’t, instead of offering to reschedule or even apologize for the repeated changes, she just said she’d contact Groupon for a refund. So now the service I had planned weeks in advance was canceled last minute, leaving me scrambling to find someone else.

A week later, I still hadn’t received the refund and had to follow up myself — only for her to tell me to “just reach out to Groupon.”

The whole experience was unprofessional, disorganized, and completely lacking in basic customer care.

You’d think people that rude and unhelpful would steer clear of working in the service industry — but I guess that kind of attitude doesn’t leave many...

When it comes to reviewing a business, I am always honest, direct and objective, but honestly, this review will not be objective because I felt a strong connection with the wonderful energy of this beautiful person, Ashley… and her precious teacup pup, Franny. As soon as I walked thru the door, I was warmly greeted and felt completely at ease. Her space is very welcoming and once I sat on the Pedi Chair, she allowed me to cradle her precious pup in my lap during the pedicure: heavenly! I chose two colors that she wisely suggested I combine for an amazing and PERFECT resulting color. During the pedi, which she performed expertly… we chatted and I thoroughly enjoyed myself. I wish it lasted longer as I never expected a pedi to be this much fun and magical! And my pedicured toes are perfect as is the amazing color. I highly recommend Ashley for your beauty...

Ashley is absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped into her studio, I knew I was in for something special. The entire space is a pink perfection. From the TV to the fan and even the washer, is pink.
