I’m so happy with my nails and their customer service! UPDATE: Once the nail techs thought they had me as a loyal customer the quality of my nails went downhill very quickly. I had 4 nails pop off, not break, but a clean pop off w no damage to my actual nails within 3 days of getting them done. By the time i went to get them repaired about 6 in total popped off and the rest were already. The nail tech did not want to redo my all my nails but just the few that popped off even tho the rest looked like they were about to fall of any minute. Fast forward 4 hours after that repair… 3 more nails popped of the same day. Again, not a break but a clean pop off with no damage to my actual nail bed. Of course I went in the next day(my third time within a week) and had those nails fixed. Not even 2 days later another nail popped of, so this time i just decided to call in and respectfully ask for my money back. I did not even finish my first sentence before being accused of purposely breaking my nails in order to receive free services in a very rude manner. Who in their right mind wants to come to a salon 3 times in one week for a subpar set of nails? Certainly not me - after 10 minutes of very rude accusations and the nail tech deflecting blame for her poor job done I decided i had enough and ended the call. These nail techs seem very nice upfront but they just want your money and will play games and try to deceive you for it. I would like to add that i do not work with my hands a lot and i have never had nails pop off the way they did here. They also never pick up their phone and got mad at me for not calling in ahead of time when i tried calling 3 TIMES and no one picked up. One of the best experiences I have had in a nail shop. I don’t go often but after the army I try to get my feet taken care of regularly. Nonetheless, it’s been a long time so my feet needed a lot of help! So when my daughter came to town for a few days we went for a nail day! The staff greeted us quickly and gave us nice chocolate and a soft pillow with a fresh towel for your hands while we soaked for the pedicure. My nail tech worked hard to get my nails to grow better. Reliving pain and soreness on the sides of my big toe nails. She went out of her way to help correct months of neglect on trimming my nails and cuticles. I was so impressed we stayed for manicure. She ended up offering us wine as well which was very nice for a relaxing day. Fresh fruit was also given and bottled water also available. Even gave me a few treats for my dog to take home because she came up in conversation. Everything was very clean and orderly. The chairs were new and relaxing not super hard massaging or ripped cushions. Again staff was very friendly and down to earth. No fake conversations and no rush on the work! I’ve been coming to this nail salon since they opened and have been satisfied until recently. I always make an appointment and John is my preferred nail tech. When I arrived a few weeks ago Tee asked me if I could come back the following day because they were so busy and I accommodated her. The next time I arrived for my appointment with John, I was actually sitting in the pedicure chair when Tee asked me if I could come back another day because, again, they were so busy. Clearly she has a problem with walk-ins when there are appointments on the books. My most recent appointment was with John for a manicure and a pedicure but after he finished my pedicure he left to work on someone else leaving me to get a manicure from someone I didn’t make an appointment with! It shouldn’t be this difficult. I’ve been having my nails done for years and no other nail salon seems to have this much trouble keeping appointments for their clients or ensuring their clients get the nail techs they ask for.
