Changing rating from 5 to a 4!!!

Went a 2nd time. Took my daughters. One gets msrried tomorrow and the other turned 18. Anna did a great job again, but had to have 3 techs work on us. They shared duties, Anna did most of the work on us, but there was too much work betwwen all of us and not enough time. Long story short, my bill was $224.00 for all....great price, but when i tried figuring out who to rip how much, they actually began getting upset and one gave me a dirty look, threw her hand up and walked off. I MEAN REALLY???? I left a $40.00 tip, which should have been plenty for 3 people!!!! That was totally rude and unprofessional!!! A Tip IS NOT OWED OR PROMISED!!! It is a gratuity!!!! I will only have Anna work on me or my famy and friends from this point forward. She did the best work and the only appreciative one of the 3. I finally got fed up and said im tipping 40 and thats it. They can figure it out and i drove off upset! It was spose to be a celebration for my girls and i to relax NOT A TIP ATTLE ROYAL!!!

I just moved to the area and like two color powder nails. Anna did a GREAT JOB and the pricing was better than most!!! I had her do a pedi too and the basic was great too. Spent 68.00 which was awesome since I had went across the street to another place Thursday and spent 53.00 and took off the polish as soon as i got home. This is my new salon!!! Go Anna!!!...

I’m new to the area and have been trying various nail salons, trying trying trying to find my go-to place. I think I have found it. My nail tech was very friendly and professional. My nails look great and the price was right. Now if you’re looking for a new and fancy salon, go somewhere else. I care more about being treated kindly and the quality of the nails. I am delighted! 👍🏽 💅

*Update. I WAS delighted with my dip powder nails but they were the first dip powder I had ever done. And I found out the hard way, that M&T must be very new at doing them too because they didn’t do them correctly. They put gel shellac as the top coat and cured it with the light. That’s a no-no. It began peeling off almost immediately. I put clear polish on and carried on. Until the color itself began popping right off. I went in one time for a repair, which they did kindly fix. But after 4 big chips, I went elsewhere and got to see how dip powder is correctly applied. This new dip powder lasted much longer and was applied very differently. I’m sorry M&T nails. I wanted very much to like...

Cannot believe the horrible experience. My first time here and I read that some ladies had to go somewhere else to fix their nails after coming here, well now I am looking around for a better place. This lady made three of my fingers bleed, I'm Type 1 Diabetic so this isn't just a cut, it's a possible infection that I have to watch for. She went way too fast and hard with the drill tool. At the end she sent me to her daughter to finish the work and I said no, I'm done. Because I wasn't happy with the experience. So the lady heard and came up and said "yoy don't want to pay? Leave!" With a slight nudge. Rule #1 Don't touch people. I'm not complaining that it hurt, I'm upset that they are careless and obviously don't care about the customers.
