Worst place ever! I spent $96 for my wife to get the spa everything with a set of nails. Plus I paid for her friends to get the basic. For a total of $390. They shut down the store for the group and I thought that was nice. But when everyone sat down and started nothing was what it should have been. The owner Maureen will tell you one thing and then after she gets payment and your there it all goes down hill from there. She told my wife I did not pay for the full set of nails. My wife then said ok then I will upgrade it cause that's what she came for. Maureen said absolutely not there is not time even when other girls offered to forgo a service to make time FOR THE BIRTHDAY GIRL! Also most of the girls that work here DO NOT DO ACRYLIC THEY ONLY PAINT. It's a bunch of crap. This place sounds good when you start calling around but they are way way over priced and do not care about the customer. Save your money go some place that wants the repeat customer and cares. There are so many nail salons to choose from why go to a place that does not give a crap. I can not stress...

Love this place. Came here for the first time Sept. 2016 when my husband and I got married, and then a couple months ago for our (delayed) wedding. The ladies are amazing-- so friendly, so sweet, so fun to talk with during whatever service you get, and SO great with nails. Definitely pay the $3 upgrade for that extra long-lasting gel polish -- I forget the name, but they'll offer it. It will last FOREVER. My toes literally STILL look good enough right now tonight after I clipped my toenails to get rid of the edge that finally cracked, and my spa pedi was on Oct. 25th-- not kidding! My gel acrylic manicure took FOUR WEEKS before they started coming up at all. When you get a spa pedi, they give you a glass of champagne too -- and real flowers in your pedi water. It's a really nice experience, and overall, a really cute place. One side of this place is also a boutique clothing store. AND Bo the dog, if he's there when you're there, will truly brighten your day. Definitely go give this place a try-- you...

I found File-n-Style after a terrible experience at another local nail place. I had gone to the other place to get my nails done for my wedding, which was happening two days after. I'll spare the details but it was an awful experience and I really needed a quick fix. My friend recommended this place, so my future hubby ended up calling File-n-Style asking if they could get me in last minute as our wedding was so soon. They not only said yes, they fit me in after hours (YES they stayed open to help me fix what the other place had done) and gave me the absolutely best service I've experienced. I think that says a lot about a business! It's been 2+ weeks and there are no chips; the manicure is still going strong, not pulling up at the edges or anything... and I will absolutely be back to get a fall set soon.
