QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Denver

Our order was supposed to be ready between 8:23 and 8:33. We arrived to pick it up at 8:33 to find the only 2 employees at this location both relaxing at a table on their phones eating food. They both looked surprised to see and, and when we explained we were here to pickup our order they acted like they didn’t realize one had been placed, told us it had been taken by someone else who hadn’t confirmed the order info, and told us we had to re-order. When we began to re-order they told us the rice would be “a couple minutes” and then proceeded to continue mopping up the kitchen area and performing other closing duties for over 20 minutes while they blasted music off a large Bluetooth speaker, ignored us, and joked about us in the kitchen. After waiting over 20 minutes I again approached the counter and asked if the rice was almost ready. The employee who was busy doing other cleaning tasks said he would go check on it, walked behind the kitchen wall and came back and told me it would then be 5-15 minutes. After waiting another 20 minutes (over 40 minutes just sitting and watching them close at this point) they informed us the rice was ready, but when we went to re-order our online order, we were told there was neither the habenero steak (which we had already paid EXTRA for online) and regular steak, so we had to make new orders from whatever ingredients they had left over that had clearly been sitting out for hours. The fact it took us almost an hour after our food was supposed to be ready, coupled with the missing ingredients over 2 HOURS BEFORE CLOSE and horrendous customer service, is inexcusable. Today, June 17, 2025, at 2:09 PM MDT, my visit to Qdoba was nothing short of a disaster. It's rare that a dining experience leaves such a sour taste, but this one managed it with flying colors. A Dismal Descent: Qdoba's Grim Demise From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was as uninviting as a stale tortilla. The woman working the line, whose name I unfortunately don't know, wore a permanent look of disdain that made me genuinely uncomfortable. It was so off-putting, in fact, that I actually felt compelled to tell her to smile a little bit. I'm there to enjoy a meal, not to feel like an unwelcome intrusion. Her demeanor alone was enough to curdle my appetite. This isn't the Qdoba I remember. The last time I came here, the crew was friendly, efficient, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Now, it feels like a completely different establishment. The vibrant energy that once defined this place has been replaced by an air of apathy and what felt like open hostility. I don't know what happened to the old crew, but bring them back! Their absence is sorely felt, and it's clear that the current staff is not upholding the standards I've come to expect from Qdoba. The store manager is very rude and disrespectful she's very discriminatory even though I paid money she is very discriminatory towards homeless and very rude even though that I paid money for food she is very disrespectful and she is very unprofessional tells people that they cannot have their stuff sitting outside of the window the window on the patio and I don't think that this type of treatment should be allowed since it is a food service business and I don't think that I will ever be visiting this location again everybody else here is respectful the workers are respectful and and nice but management is a completely different story and because of management I think that's this location should be shut down I think this lady should be terminated and to have somebody in position of authority who is who is a little more hospitable and more respectful I give this restaurant a rating of 1 to 10 a zero of because of management I've never been treated like this in my life and I don't believe that this woman should be in the position of authority I don't think that she should be allowed to work in a food...
