Little Dragon — Restaurant in Denver

Where to start first off i call this establishment to order some Chinese food for delivery they place me on hold for over 15 min in which i was a little upset but understanding they might be busy so i am willing to wait. After the long wait i spoke to a gentlemen who at first seemed nice but it seems like he was trying to rush me to give hime my order. I was loke okay maybe they are really busy so i dont mind he took my order and told me that it wilk take a hour plus to get my food delivered qnd since i thought they was busy i was like okay no problem. He didnt tell me the price of my order he just hung up i tried to calk back to get a total but the line was busy so i waited. After 2 and half hours my food arrives the total came out to be 52 dollars and some change. I was shock because most good Chinese restaurant wont at the most charge you 30 to 40 dollars for 3 meals so i thought it was outrageous so i told the driver i hope it is good and payed. Once i gave my family there food and i stared to eat mine i notice the food was cold the chicken i ordered was bland and dry the crab cheese wontons was nasty and bland and no crab meat what so ever in the crab chesse wontons. So after i tasted my food i was disgusted of what i tasted and i called the establishment agian the Same gentlemen answered the phone and i ask to speak to the manger and he clames to be the manager i told him i had a compliant about my food and i would loke to give some imput about the quality of you food he was talking over me with a attitude and tikd me to hold on and haned a phone to this rude lady who was also talking over me and then hung up in my face after trying to speak to the over the phone on 3 separate occasions i gave up and told them i will never spend my moey here agian it was a waste of 52 dollars so i dont recommend this establishment if you like goid hot quality food and even if you just want some Chinese food it better to go to a dollar scoops then this place at least you will save 20 dollars. I avoided trying this place for a long time, because they are frankly too expensive for location and casual dining. I enjoy Asian on a regular basis. Other places in the area are just as good and cost less, but a bit farther away from me and not as close or convenient to pick up (ie. Pepper Asian Bistro, Q House, Peter’s Chinese Cafe, Littke Gingko, Chin Lin, Noodles Express). ALL cheaper and of equal or better options and quality.

Curiosity got the best of me. Happily surprised. Portions were actually pretty good. Hit or miss so far on entrees and apps, some better (lo mein, fried rice, chix lettuce wraps) than others (dumplings too thick and doughy for me). Quick service and takeout. Unfortunately, those inflated prices are not worth it. Stick to basic entrees and more filling carb heavy dishes. Avoid some of the mediocre appetizers, chef’s suggestions or specialties. Skip add-ons, extras, sides and tips.

I been a good customer for years. I always gave good tips. The other day I placed an order for delivery My card declined I had plenty of money on it. I called the bank they fixed the issue. The next day I called up Little Dragon to pay for the food from the day my card declined and place another order. I asked them to take the payments over the phone.The manager would not let me place an order at all. He was very rude to me. Made me feel really bad. The owner didn’t even care. The owner acts bipolar she lets the manager disrespect customers. They lost a loyal customer I’m sure they will lose more.
