Subway — Restaurant in Denver

Easily the most unprofessional culture I have ever experienced. These ladies were extremely rude. acted like I did something wrong by coming to eat there ...and I guess I did ... I won't be back to this location ever ... I come often and am very patient ... Despite always waiting in line a minimum of 20 mins with 2-3 people in line only .... Have never complained or said anything... But when you treat me badly and extremely rude and I'm waiting to give you my hard earned money....... Nope No more. Owner really needs to examine his whole operation .... Your customer service is a D- at most .... Terrible terrible...

Located in gas station. Ordered #19 and rotisserie chix sand. Both footloose. Wouldn't honor the buy one get one for ordering the #19. Interesting. Then after asking anything I didn't want and replying no honey must. Sub parm vinaigrette. She passed the sandwich off to the dude that proceeded to put both sauces on. He then went to grab a paper towel and wipe off my sandwich. I almost died at that point when I had to ask him that this doesn't work and to please replace the sandwich. No apologies for the screw up. Food came out okay overall. Just a quick stop for gas and on the way to work, but won't be back...

If I could give this store no star, I would! The service is horrible and the sandwiches took FOREVER to be made,it took more then 15 mins to get through the line. One of the employees accused me of being on drugs & said that’s the reason why the food is taking so long to be made, because she supposedly “couldn’t hear me”... I was highly offended when leaving there, I almost didn’t even want to eat there after that Little own Pay for the food... Definitely WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION IF TO THE SUBWAY...
