After a long long long day at this salon from my mother who is visiting form Germany I’m sure everybody was unhappy including staff and owner. This is the message below I wrote for my mom to show the owner the next day when she had her finishing appointment which she did not want to do anymore. Originally she was quoted about 89$ for taking off old nails and getting a new set. I had send my husband with her as well to help support my mother. I wish for no one to be ever in the same situation where you pay for miserable quality. The comment that was outrageous to me was that “but the service was there” and it seemed like she agreed with the horrible nail job her salon did to my mother. 7 hours were spend by employees and my mother at this salon to make it right for my mom and I was assured of how beautiful it’s going to be and how they take care of her. In this case she is not taken care off and once her hands heal I’m going to have to find a different place that is decent. I thought I found a salon I would be able to go to as well since we just moved into the area but I will assure you I am not stepping back into this establishment. Here the message to the owner my mom was showing her:
Hey Lisa! Thank you for taking care of my mother yesterday. Unfortunately she is not happy. I know there is a language barrier but with the owners satisfaction guarantee over the phone that the nails are going to be beautiful...my mom it is Quite disappointed. She got cut 3 times. The nails are uneven different length different shapes some are bend down some straight Some are pointy some are round. Different lengths. There are dents and sharp corners. Underneath the nail is messy. The nails were inspected prior to beginning she told me. They last were done in Germany as we discussed prior to the appointment.they soaked in acetone they filed it down. It’s a pretty harsh procedure I know now her fingertips hurt not only from that but also the cuts. Despite the time my mother spend there while I was at work it wasn’t worth wile for her. She had High hopes guaranteeing an excellent result. in the end everybody wanted to go home understandable after a long day at work. However the nail job is messy and for over 100$ these nails should have been spot on. She will show you where the dents and corners are and feels uncomfortable going back or even having anything else done. I don’t know what else there might be you can do. I understand you and your girls have been working hard and probably work hard everyday and thank you for taking the extra time. However you might agree with me when you look at the nails yourself, that this is not what you would expect after all day at the salon and over 100$ later. She would appreciate a refund please. Please give me a text or call for any questions I have sat down with her after I got home last night to clarify her concerns.
To this she gave my mother attitude outside of the salon and my husband as well. We are going to call the bank because they are not making it right and they do not do refunds either for the terrible job that was done. Lisa said she will quote and quote “eat the fee” the bank is going to charge her for the charge back. Thank you. I made an appointment at 3 o’clock for a3:30 pm appointment, nothing showed on their site. I had a confirmation by email but that didn’t matter. I arrived at 3:25 only to be told I wasn’t on the schedule and often the owner accepts allotments and doesn’t convey that to her staff. They told me that I could wait. I figured I could answer emails and other actions for work. 55 minutes later they told me I could get in the chair. An hour wait is unreasonable and unprofessional. Because I waited and did work from the place, I was efficient but I should never have had to wait that long
Because I was an hour after my scheduled time, I had two operators working on me at the same time. It was face and efficient but exactly soothing.
The work on my pedicure and my manicure was excellent.
I loved the work and hated the customer service. I was not impressed with the owner but was impressed with the employees

She took my credit card info (required for COVID contactless payment) and she confirmed that the cost for a short haircut, as listed on the website, was $54. She asked me to bring several photos of myself with my hair the way I liked it. My stylist made sure I had a mask on and asked me to wash my hands, but she didn't have her mask over her nose. Then, she stopped working on my haircut twice when people (not clients) came in to chat with her. And, after looking at my pictures, she did something totally different with my hair. Finally, my stylist couldn't locate the credit card information I had left, and asked me to pay cash or provide a credit card. And she charged me $79. I asked about the price difference, and she just said it was $79. I then asked her about the sign out front offering a discount, but she said that was only for walk-in clients, and since I had called ahead, I didn't qualify.
