Extremely Disappointed with Customer Service

I usually try to support local Nepali businesses, but my recent experience at Sister Mart was beyond frustrating. The customer service was terrible — the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping and acted like they were doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. No greeting, no eye contact, just attitude.

I asked a simple question about a product, and the employee responded rudely and brushed me off like I was bothering them. On top of that, many items didn’t have price tags, and when I asked about prices, they gave inconsistent answers — it honestly felt like they were making it up on the spot.

The store was messy and disorganized, and there were expired items still on the shelves. When I brought this up, the employee just shrugged. There was zero accountability or effort to improve.

I expected a warm and welcoming environment from a Nepali store, but this place left a really bad impression. Definitely won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who values decent service...

Didn't know what I wanted but wanted to try new (foreign) foods. Got the best customer service from the lady manning the store. She not only was very helpful but also professional and polite/friendly.

My favorite find was the samosas and mango drinks. The chips were also 👍 if, you like spicy taste as most Indian foods are spicy.

I cannot comment on price as I have no basis for comparison but, considering ease and distance of location, I have no complaints The only reason my rating is 4.5 and not a 5 is the space/layout. I understand that they would like to offer as much products and variety but, it does make it difficult to truly browse and see what is offered.

Am still very glad they have this store...

Everytime I have been there, they are doing great by having good stocks of daily usage items and doing better and better. You can revive your good old memories with rare nepalese stuffs/goods while you roam around the aisle. I would say that this is the first Nepalese store, in over the decade that i have been staying in colorado, where you can find good customer service which is rare to get from other stores as they think we do not need it as the place of origin does not care about it at all.
