This place over charges you for their services. Plus if you pay with a card, and you add a tip make sure you check your credit card statement. I got my nails done, and a few days later i was going over my statements looking for something else, i noticed that they charged me way more than what i actually put as the tip. I went up there the next day after discovering this, and the lady told me to write my name/# down and they will see if it actually happened. I felt like she was insinuating i was lying about being over charged. I showed her my card statement (showing what they took off my card) and my receipt. My receipt only showed what i paid tip but since i was just there the day before I'm sure they had the other copy that did show the tip. I feel like they do this a lot, in hopes that people wont actually check their CC statements. This shop is super close to my house but I've been going to Snappy Nails in GVR. Much better service and they do not overcharge you. Much relaxing atmosphere and cleaner. I will NEVER return here. Plus, i never did get my money back. The lady told me it would take 48 hours to return back to my card if the money was indeed taken out (which it was) and i never got refunded. I never even got a phone call so why they needed my name/# was a waste because they never made it right. Go...

I had been at this place many many times there’s one lady there that is very nice she is actually pregnant right now (so you know who I’m referring to)... today I was going to Walmart and told myself oh you should get a pedi now which i did, i went and got the deluxe pedi done since i was going to Walmart first i was wearing tennis shoes and I said can I pay here (at the massage chair and I was not even asking for a massage just wanted to sit and wait for my nails to dry off) the young lady who did the pedi said yes and right away the other lady that was there (around 9:15 am) grabbed my shoes and coffee and asked me to come over sit by the door and wait there i thought ok she doesn’t want me to wait here ok fine... but then the young lady comes and gives me a plastic bag so I can put my shoes inside so I can leave and she is like ok thank you... i was like ok wow that was VERY rude and even though is the closest place to my house IM NOT COMING BACK I spent $40 dollars today and I was treated like if I was there just making them waste their time plus there were no customers waiting or needing the chair. I’m honestly super disappointed, they have some pretty good reviews and photos of other customers,

I just wanted a simple solid color almond acrylics.

No cuticle care or cleaning, the pink absolutely needed an extra coat or two because it was streaky.

He just went on with top coat so I had to speak up and ask for another coat.

Don’t even get me started on how there was polish smothered on my edges of my cuticles, I asked for a clean up, and I just end up getting cut up and bleeding.

I WILL NOT be returning, so...
