Dang Tea — Restaurant in Denver

Summary

It is difficult to find good boba in Colorado. While most my family and I have tried are in northern Colorado the just of what I have found has been powdered drinks and easy mix boba drinks.

This is not one of those places. This is quality tea, fresh boba, and fresh ingredients. The last time I tried a boba drink that met those qualifications was in Vancouver Canada.

I do not give many high rating but this is one. As a business owner myself I highly suggest you give them a try and support them through word of mouth or more.

The drinks

My family tried multiple drinks for regular tea and boba, milk tea, and the coffee. Each was very good. You can taste the difference with fresh ingredients.

Will definitely come back to try some others.

Atmosphere

It is very clean, simple and comfy. I love the bright clean look. The chairs are comfy as well. Nice hang out spot.

Staff

The owner was nice. I believe his name was Thai. He was very personable and was fun to chat with regarding his processes and was very open to suggestions and new ideas.

Speed.

From order to drink was roughly 4 minutes.

Location

Neighborhood was clean and friendly. For us it was just a way off i70. We were in for a conference and was less than a mile away.

Criticism

If there was anything I would change it would be to add more teas or flavors. They just opened so I see them growing into more flavors and hope to see them when I come back for...

I question the owner's involvement with this shop. In the past year I think I have only seen them once. Usually the shop is operated by young ladies who look like they dont enjoy working there. I don't think it's a generational thing, because a large fast food joint that never opens on Sundays employs younger workers and those workers are much friendlier. Second concern with how this place is operated they were out of at least 3 different flavors. This is unacceptable. The prices are a little bit higher than other shops and I only go here due to location but I believe there is some competition...

Placed order 6/4 online and when I went in to get Taro boba teas they said they did not make enough boba because of the rain so I might not get any. Even though they had enough to fill my drinks they said they didn’t make enough due to rain. I went in today again because I loved the Taro flavor so much I wanted more…today after the charged me for the drink the Manager/Owner said he woke up late and didn’t make boba so I had to get a crunchier boba instead. I guess it all depends on the weather and whether the manager...
