These nice folks provided their services and delicious food at a lunch I attended recently, and the brisket was the best I've had since I moved to CO from Texas 7 years ago. Everyone in line in front of me ordered pulled pork, and it was good (the owner gave me a taste since I was curious as to why no one wanted the brisket)—but the brisket was super tender and delicious. The sauce was a bit sweet for my taste since I like it spicy, but the meat was great.The mac & cheese was yummy, and the slaw was just about right, too.
