I recently just started shopping at Target due to a lot of items I'd usually purchases from Walmart being out of stock and I have heard TONS of positive input & reviews from friends and family members about Target so I had to see what all the hype was about! I also live about 5-7 minutes by car (Blackwood, NJ) which makes it very convenient & since I shop at BJ's often so I could kill two birds with one stone. One day, I was at BJ's picking up a couple of items and I thought I'd just go in to take a look around because I think in my lifetime I have only been in there twice. I ended up being in there for over THREE hours because they had just so much selection of clothes, food, household items, etc. I didn't want to leave to be completely honest. I loved it so much that I went back to purchase one thing & spent over $350 on items that I definitely did not need but purchased due to impulse.. Which is okay because I rarely spend any money on myself :) A couple days later, I was at your Deptford, NJ location again because I purchased a rug that I loved and wanted to get an identical one for the other side of my kitchen. I found an associate (who was very helpful and found the aisle that the rug would have been in) but unfortunately they were sold out but the gentlemen was kind enough to continue to look around to make sure he couldn't find it in a different spot. After that, I went up to the return desk and purchased a bath mat for my tub. It was marked as $4.99 but rung up for $9.99 and I stated that I didn't want it because of the price being $5 extra dollars. The manager, Theresa was standing right next to the associate checking me out (Tiffany) and stated to over ride it because it was in the wrong spot and that was a mistake on their end. Although it was only a $5 difference, it was appreciated because she didn't have simply say to over ride the price. Theresa definitely deserves a raise and/or promotion for her level of professionalism when an issue had to be dealt with. Tiffany, the women who was checking me out was very kind & professional as well. I have been to the Deptford, NJ location I believe 4 times now and had nothing but WONDERFUL experiences each and every time. I would HIGHLY recommend this store, the Deptford, NJ location to be exact, due to the level of kindness & overall satisfaction on every trip I have made there. I would like to add that this location is one of cleanest, most organized and friendly stores I go to. Even the customers in the store have a completely different attitude than what I have experienced in Walmart. So thank you for making Target my go-to store. Lastly, I LOVE your perfume by Good Chemistry: "Queen Bee" which a patient of mine recommended for me to buy about a year ago & I kept putting it off. Read moreIf you want to wait 45 mins for drive up with no communication or good customer service, this is the place. I do not understand why they continuously say that your order is ready and it is not. The purpose of drive up is for a quick experience for people on the go. It would’ve been faster if I went inside!
I waited for 15 minutes for the manager to bring out 1 out of 6 items. I told her that I had more to my order and she said yeah, they are missing we sent someone to go get the rest of the stuff we’ll be right out. 30 more minutes to by!! I got there early so I could have time to eat and make it to work on time (that didn’t happen) & once she comes out 30 minutes later, she STILL doesn’t have the last item of my order. In the midst of waiting, I called the store because I was trying to cancel. But the manager decided to put that I picked up my order when she only brought out 1 item so far which I think is ridiculous. When I called in he said to cancel I would have to bring in the items to return them, after I just explained to him that I don’t even have all the items??? And he was like oh yeah umm… DIDN’T KNOW HOW TO HANDLE THE SITUATION. So I was stuck waiting there till they brought it out!...

I waited for over a half an hour to only get half my order and then be told my other items they were trying to find and will be out “shortly” after watching about 3-4 other cars that pulled up get their items and drive away and me still waiting I called 3 times to not get one answer. I had two children in the car with me and after waiting a half hour we were all agitated. My last 4th attempt before just driving off some young girl answered with the only answer being my “item was out of stock they were trying to find it now” even tho in the app it said ready for pickup. Weird that no one mentioned this when I received the first half of my order. So she canceled the items and now I will have to wait 7-10 business days for a refund which is ridiculous.
