Wow mattress firm is the best company to deal with for buying a mattress that's right for you.. I went to mattress factory a few years ago and it was like talking to someone that graduated from high school I can only compare mattress firm to like a college educated graduate who really knows their business about mattresses.. Ed from deptford NJ mattress firm is so knowledgeable.. he explained every detail of that mattress the kind of mattress that I need everything about it.. the quality is wonderful and I have acid reflux really bad and also vertigo Ed was it sure me that if I got an adjustable bed that it would help with that I've had the adjustable bed for 3 months and it's changed my whole life. The employees of mattress firm actually go to a school for a while to learn their trade and let me tell you if you want the right mattress for you a good mattress.. and someone who is knowledgeable on that subject.. also answers all your questions and more go to any mattress firm but of course I prefer Edward at deptford store because he was so helpful. Terrible terrible customer service!!! My mom was not happy with her bed in two days after her purchase they treated her like she was a bother. I then went to the store with my mom only to be threatened to be thrown out because i was speaking loudly. Then they wanted to charge my mom for a man to come out and inspect her bed before they would even consider the return. When the man called to inspect the bed they never gave a window of time and he told my mom to have a check ready never telling her what it was for....a very uneasy feeling to say the least. When I tried calling to ask what the check was for and what time the man would be at my mom’s house I was hung up on. Needless to say i called back and canceled the man because this rude unprofessional behavior left me with an uneasy feeling especially asking my mother for a check and no window of time of his arrival. Well guess what the man showed up and thank god my mom lives in a secured senior citizen apartment complex and he called my mom from the phone outside the secured area and she said my daughter Cancelled you. Now my mom is stuck with an uncomfortable bed. But she bought a foam mattress to put on top. Oh and the double bed coasted a$1000 Oh and my mom is 82 yo. Terrible terrible terrible.
