So I’m giving this location 5 stars only because of the manager named Freeman. I’ve been meaning to write a review for this location based upon the service he provides. However if you are asking what’s making write it now, it’s because I’m standing in the store for the last 26mins (yes, I’m counting and as I double check what I wrote I’m now up to 36mins), unacknowledged by the sales girl here due to another customer she is helping. I get it. You’re the only one here. And I get it. The other women are asking a ton of questions telling you allllll about their trip to Disney and why don’t the galaxy’s FaceTime- I GET IT! But here I am. Waiting to upgrade my lines and buy a new phone case with a family member and this girl hasn’t even said hello let alone look in my direction and give a smile or make eye contact with that”I will be with you in a moment smile”. Read moreOrdered an iPad Pro from this location and when I went to pick up I was forced to pay a fee to “set up” the iPad and was told it was mandatory and there was no way of waiving the fee. I explained to the rep I was tech savvy enough to connect my new iPad to my iCloud and back up my data but she kept telling me it was mandatory. I was extremely upset watching this person “set up” my iPad and charging me an extra fee which was NOT explained to me when I made my order. After several weeks I called corporate and explained the situation and was told that the store was wrong and I was wrongly charged the fee. I’m not sure if this store measures how many fees they can scam their customers into paying but they will not be seeing another penny from me.

Read moreEvery time I've been here they are understaffed and I end up waiting a long time to ask even a simple quick question. I understand they are working with a customer who was there before me, but what really got me was when I called to ask another question about transferring a phone from one plan to another the guy working there told me what I was trying to do was fraud, he continued on and his reasons kept changing and was trying to get me to just go into the store and buy a new phone at full price. Then I talked to a Verizon rep (not from the store) on the phone just after to get better information and they told me my transfer on phones and upgrades was fine.
