8:35pm on Wednesday, February 27,2019 I am at the subway location in Kent, 27020 Pacific Hwy S Suite A-103 #D, Kent, WA 98032.
I will start off with saying this is by far the worst experience I have ever had at subway. I also expect to hear back from someone about this issue.
I won’t be able to provide my receipt number because I was not handed a receipt because “they had no paper.”
When it was our turn to be helped the worker who had no name tag on what so ever, did not wash her hands after being at the cash register. That was very unpleasant. Upon her taking our orders we also realized that the the refrigerator line that is suppose to keep the meat and cheese cold was actually completely turned off. And wipes down. My understanding is that the store closed at 10pm there was still a good hour left before the store closed. I’m sure our meat and veggies were at room temperature. When she went to cut our subs to open them from the middle, she did a horrible job of cutting them. It was very sloppy. Our bread was stale and hard and we only got one sub toasted so you can imagine how that was on teeth. The worker was very rude, treated us like she was in hurry to get us out of there, kept looking out the window and kept getting our orders wrong. Not to mention how short she was cutting us off. After ringing us up she had another customer to get to and sure enough finished ringing us up and went directly to next customer no washing of hands once again. We decided to stay and eat our subs since the store didn’t close until 10pm. While we were there she helped the customer after us and ringed him and once again didn’t wash her hands. While she was helping the customer she was very impaitent and very, very rude. Was raising her voice at the customer and was being very pushy.
Over all experience was horrible. Will never be going back there again. Hopefully we do not get sick from eating there. I normally don’t write complaints but I feel very strongly about reporting this store or at least the worker. If I could give 0...
Read moreI sent my mom here tonight before closing. We ordered two sandwiches. They were highly overpriced. You brought a coupon that they didn't accept even though it had their address on it to accept it. My sandwich which was a footlong turkey ham tomato mayonnaise lettuce lightly toasted cut into four. The meat was so thin I couldn't even tell that there was me on the sandwich. Wasn't toasted at all was not cut at all neither was my mom. There were so many tomatoes I felt like I had a tomato and mayonnaise sandwich. Mayonnaise was so overwhelming I hate mayonnaise I ask for light mayonnaise. Do not waste your time here do not waste your money here. This is the third time we have made this mistake and it will not happen again. It's right across the street from our house so we felt that it was convenient for a late night dinner. Not worth the energy or the time. She was so overwhelmed with closing trying to make our sandwiches the phone ringing Non-Stop as well as a man running inside trying to get a soda and leave $2 on the counter when the sodas $2.85. She forgot about the actual customers that were there. Mind you her boyfriend was also sitting outside in the car and so she couldn't wait for us to walk out the door so she could just lock it and leave right behind us. Don't waste your money don't waste your time I hope that I said it enough times for you to understand because my sandwich ended up across my living room and into the garbage it was so nasty I'm so disappointed I don't even know how they stay in business...
Read moreUsually this place is perfect. I'm come here instead of the one by burger king even though it's closer to where I live and I come in about 1-3 times/week. The woman with the heavy accent is fantastic and I would give them a 5 star rating if I always had her. Whenever I have Rosy as my sandwich artist, it's a different story. I understand the stress of working at Subway since I used to work at one and that everyone has a bad day, but there is no excuse for her behavior. When she asked what vegetables I wanted, I said everything but pickles, jalapenos, and as she proceeded to put lettuce on it, that's another vegetable I didn't want. When I said it's absolutely ok, she scrapped the lettuce off, as well as a good portion of the sauce off and threw it into their garbage in a manner that made a mess so she had to clean that up as well. Not to mention she started to roll her eyes and scowl. I'm never rude to people making my food or drinks so much that I happily waited at a Panera bread for over 40 minutes for one sandwich so they could train a guy during rush hour. I still wasn't rude to her after that, I just stopped smiling. I get it, things happen, but I never get a smile, hello, or even unemotional service from her. I couldn't care less if you were a drone, but don't be rude because you...
