My fiancé and I began searching for an engagement ring in Feb/March 2021, and decided to visit Adler's after hearing great things from my Dad and brother. (They both bought from Adler's) They raved about the selection and the time and care the salesman at the time (Mike) gave them. When we got there we were greeted by Mike, and instantly felt safe that we were going to get great service. He walked us through the 4 c's and everything we needed to know about the process. We left knowing we'd be back after we had our child the following month. That all came to a halt when they closed their doors. We decided to check out other jewelers in our area, and nothing stood out to us, whether it was selection, sales workers, etc. We really felt bummed and lost at that point, and almost decided to go the online route because we couldn't find exactly what my fiancé wanted. Well a couple more months went by and I read a Facebook post about opening the store back up! We were absolutely ecstatic and couldn't wait to visit again. The new store was being built for a few months and I felt the tike was coming to get the process going so I messaged Danielle directly on Facebook. She kept me up to date on the store, and even took the time to ask what I was looking for with the ring. I told her exactly what I wanted and she did her very best to find my perfect match, all while trying to reopen an entire store again! Once again, Adlers blew me away with the care and time they gave to make sure we got it right. I eventually placed my order after receiving CAD pictures in Decemeber 2021, and Danielle told me 6 weeks and u should have the ring. She was right on the money, and my proposal plan was right on track. My fiancé said yes on March 27th and she said she loves the ring more than anything we saw online or in store elsewhere! I cannot Thank Danielle and the whole Adler's Diamonds crew for any and all help I received during the process. I'll always recommend them if anyone ever needs...
   Read moreDespite the number of good reviews for Adler's, I am actually highly disappointed with the quality of work done by the jeweler.
I brought my ring in to be resized and in the process of adjusting the ring, the jeweler broke the bridge of the ring. While that might be understandable because of the requested change, the way the jeweler fixed the break was beyond sloppy. I had a visible crack in my ring that you can both see and feel. All of this without bothering to properly polish the scratch marks on the ring from resizing it.
I returned the next day, asking for a refund for the cost of resizing due the damage of the ring and the owner, Tom, was quite rude. He tossed the ring the the guy who actually sized the ring who told me, "Look, this is the best I could do". He offered to work on the ring more (which he did), but after seeing the quality of work the jeweler and Adler's were willing to put their name to, I really just wanted a refund so I could have another jeweler help us.
No refund. Still can see the crack (perhaps because I know it's there).

Adlers was the 3rd place I stopped. I could immediately tell Mike was all about educating people so they could make the most informed decision possible. He told me why to buy from Adlers, but, he also told me when Adlers wouldn't be the best place for me (who does that?). Mike gave me diamonds 101 while sitting with him browsing diamonds with a loop (only store who gave me one and advised to always use one when buying). I found my perfect diamond. Fast forward 10 months to christmas 2017. I was at a loss because my Fiancé bought herself what I got her 2 weeks before christmas. I went to see Mike, gave him my budget, and within an hour we found the perfect christmas present.
