I would not recommend That Cabinet Company. -cabinet doors arrived with hairline cracks and mark up easily, I’ll be surprised if these last 10 years before needing replacing -delivery was rescheduled at the last minute multiple times and delivery person showed up during the window of time I specified I was not available during -incorrect cabinet was delivered -three incorrect invoices were sent -I was charged for assembly for my lazy Susan cabinet only to have it arrive unassembled. If I hadn’t caught the assembly charge on my invoice, it’s unlikely it would have been refunded. The assembly video for the lazy Susan skipped steps and the set was missing hardware that I had to go to the store to get.

And the biggest reason I would not recommend this company is because the owner, Sharon, rudely accused me of lying that one of my doors came with a paint defect. I had been very accommodating about all the issues above but once I got that nasty call it changed my entire opinion of the company and I would not recommend them to anyone. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was so awesome I had to. It’s hit or miss when working with people in business these days and unfortunately, find myself reading a sales person first to see if I should even start off with being nice. But Wyatt and the whole team were amazing—super helpful, responsive, and just made everything easy. I friggin hate pressure when making big decisions and felt genuine patience and support as a customer even when blasting them with questions as the nerd that I am. Picking up the cabinets was also breeze, and everyone, from the front to the guys in the back, were friendly.

The showroom was really nice too. You can actually see a cabinet split and compare to cheaper ones at other dept stores. You can tell they know their stuff and care about what they do.

As professional Cabinet installers, we are very familiar with the large variety of quality available in both cabinets and cabinet design. That Cabinet Company is top notch across the board. With other cabinet suppliers there have been so many times that we arrive on a jobsite just to find that the cabinets are broken, pieces are missing, or the original design doesn't actually work in the space.
