Went to this location in mid February to get a new phone for my mom, the deal they were offering was get a new free phone with any trade in, my mom traded in her old phone for a newer Samsung which ended up not being free at all as we are paying installments on it every month since, the sales person was very confusing in explaining how this deal worked yet assured us the phone was free, well it wasn’t as it reflects on my bill, they also sold us an extra line/sim chip we didn’t need assuring us it will make our bill even cheaper so we did it to lower our bill even though we had no use for it, we were also told if we enrolled in automatic payments we would receive an additional discount so we did that to, unfortunately between March and October I didn’t look at my statements to see that I was being way over charged, once discovered earlier this week now In early November I called at&t support to find out someone by the name of Diana Riddick had a line on my account and somehow insurance had been added to all our lines, however at&t support blew off the possibility of fraudulent activity with my account and said the name on the extra line we never used was randomly assigned a random name, at&t support fought me on it and the only help they offered was to try sell me another phone i don’t need at discounted cost, but eventually I was able to speak with someone that entered a claim with at&t global fraud department to which after 2 days I receive an email saying no fraud was found and they weren’t refunding me for the insurance we didn’t buy which ads up to nearly $500 over the past 8 months, we also didn’t receive the discount for having our payments automatically deducted the reason for this according to at&t support was that because we put it on a credit card instead of a debit card was the reason we were not receiving that discount which comes to another $120 lost, I have been an at&t customer for nearly 20 years and the at&t brand has been a staple in our family my entire life as both of my grandparents retired from this company, I am appalled at what this company has become and how they treat their most loyal long time customers, I have never dealt with a more dishonest business than what AT&T is today it’s truly a shame, I have half the mind to contact an attorney over this matter but at very least I will be staging consistent loud protests outside this location in Dickson in coming future and I’ll do it on a daily basis until they refund me what they have stolen, I won’t back down and I’ll keep my protest on the public sidewalk to avoid trespass so the ball is in your court now at&t make good on your wrong doings or prepare for your business to be disrupted through legal and constitutionally protected protest against your bad...
Read moreIn store my experience with one guy was good as far as personality. The aftermath of that visit leaves a lot to be desired. The guy got me new phones, and signed me up for service, but totally screwed me and lied in every way possible while doing it.
That said why does no one ever answer the phone when I call up there. Just today 02-05-2025 I have tried multiple times with no answer.
I am giving this review a 4 because the people I’ve dealt with were cool, and deserve the 5, I know they answered the phone, because I was there.
As a calling customer though I’d give a zero since whoever isn’t there today but is supposed to be seems to dislike phone calls.
I am changing this review 02-13-2025, as it turns out I was lied to about a few things while at the store multiple times, when signing for the wireless contract and just today in fact.
Now AT&T says there’s nothing they can do to fix the account because of activity time (60 days) two bills, that are going to be higher than I agreed to.
The store Personel lied when saying that we would get a discount via the loyalty signature program due to my spouse being a nurse. While true, they didn’t tell me the account would need to be in her name. So since I was there it’s in my name. AT&T won’t change/transfer the account now. So without the discount that we can’t have applied, the bill I agreed to is a lie. They lied about the program and how it works to get a signature. This means they lied about the bill, and I will have to dispute it, once billed. In which dispute they don’t have to accept the dispute, and can just blow me off and keep the charges in place. If I cancel auto-pay, the bill goes up, so I can’t do that to not pay, or I’ll just owe more.
AT&T customer service acts like they’re not at fault as a company because they don’t know why a store would screw people over.
(Maybe because there’s no repercussion)
Anyway for anyone who goes to this store watch yourself and make sure everything is throughly explained and that you look at their screens to double check their work (ask to be walked through their work). They specified but did not do things. Lied outright, and have given crap info.

Read moreIf i could give zero stars i would. Awful, lazy, and ignorant people who were working in this office on 8/19 at 5:30 pm. I got off work alittle early today to visit the Dickson Tennessee store on 46 to attempt to upgrade my devices. When i arrived i noticed a hand written sign that stated “would be back at 5:50 pm”. so I sat in my truck until i saw a lady remove the sign and i walked up to the door that was “still locked” as she walked back to the back room. I then noticed they updated the (closed sign) to 6:00 pm (no biggie maybe on lunch) I then waited until 6:30 and knocked on the door with no response. I called the store and got a response and the lady asked if i was outside the store and i stated yes (they knew i was outside the store) and she said well do you see anyone in there? and i stated no and she proceeded to say then they are closed. I then stated the door says will return at 6 pm and they don’t close until 8. The lady then said IF YOU DONT SEE ANYONE IN THERE THEN THEY ARE CLOSED!!!! and i hung up on her before i got disrespectful back. So i waited around until 6:48 after knocking (again) no response. I then had my wife an AT&T customer call as well and she received a response from a very nice man from customer service whom she explained our issue to and he stated “that’s weird” there’s two employees clocked in” “there should be someone there” and i stated i had knocked + called and was only ignored. I should have been able to see about an upgrade from 5:30-6:48 when store hours clearly state they close at 8 pm.
