I have never in my life experienced what I experienced here. I placed a doordash order the restaurant called me and said the doordash canceled my order I called doordash they said my order wasn’t canceled I messaged my Dasher they said my order was still supposed to be going. The The manager tried to say I didn’t pay for my food after door dash my Dasher and I confirmed that I did. After arguing with them for an hour they finally made my food it was brought to my house freezing cold. In the food was completely wrong and not even the food that I ordered. We’re frequent doordashers here meaning we pick up orders and deliver them to people. This place always has A LOT of doordash orders but when we finally decided we wanted to eat here and try them out it was a mistake. My wife and I used to go there once a week for several years... They put less meat and cheese on the dish I usually get and when I asked them to put the amount of meat that usually on the dish they charged me for it... When I asked the manager about it he said he looked at it and it was the right amount of meat and cheese and he would not deduct the charges. I told him that we will never be back.
