Just left 15 mins ago.got large moz sticks (8pc) waited 15mins and was first and only person at drive in when pulled up. When i finally got my food i said this was almost 8bucks?bc there wer only 6 cheese sticks in bag. Girl said yes you got the large i said yes but the large is 8pieces. then i said "oh well i need ranch and marinera" she said i put 2 of each in bag is that not enuff. I said thanks and drove off. Got a mile down the road and guess what?one ranch no marinera. Turned around because i was so agrivated that they couldnt get just one part of my order right and i only got 1 order of cheese sticks so i had to at least go back thru the line and ask for marinera. I can only imagine how messed up it would have been if i had gotten a couple meals. This is getting to be very common with this sonic. Does anyone manage this place? Or is this just a place for little kids to hang out after school. This doesnt look good on the manager and business if there is one that actually cares. If so its not looking too good lately and ive lived here all my life. Never had problems until about 6 months ago and now everytime i come somethings or everythings wrong. Read moreI have given this store 3 chances, months apart (hoping to give enough time for changes), with mobile app orders. The wait time is always absurd, and this weekend was no different.
I ordered a drink and a cup of ice - no food. It took 17 minutes to get my order. The prompt on the screen changed to "X is delivering your order" (or whatever the verbiage is) within 3 or 4 minutes of checking in. I waited 10 more minutes, then hit the red button and asked about my order, and it finally came out a few minutes later. The ice I got was crushed slushie ice - not Sonic ice. Who would come to Sonic to order anything other than the famous chewy nugget ice?? Frustrated, I wasn't going to wait any longer for it to be corrected. Nearly 20 minutes for a drink and a cup of generic crushed ice is pretty absurd.
Prior to this weekend, the last time I was here several months ago, I ordered a drink & a pretzel - it took 25 minutes. I mean, c'mon y'all.
Not sure what is going on at this location, but I'm a Sonic snob, and the only other location with wait times like this is Kingston Springs. Maybe check into what the Sonic by the interstate or the one in Fairview are doing differently - because whatever you're doing at this location simply isn't working. Read moreI had probably one of the worst sonic experiences I’ve had in a long time today. First, I had to repeat my order 3 times because the girl could not hear it.
After waiting in the drive through for what seemed like forever for only one car, I get to the window and the girl is not very pleasant and hands me the wrong drink. Before I can correct it, the window is shut in my face as I’m speaking.
Once she gets me the correct drink, it is absolutely covered in Hi-C and I have to ask for napkins to even put inside of my car. After one more shut window to the face, I finally get ketchup that was so sticky that all 5-6 of the packages were stuck like cement to each other.
Thinking I had gone through the worst of it, I get down the road 5 minutes to take a bite into my burger that I ordered no pickles on and find out it has about 10 pickles on it. I pull over and remove the pickles. Problem solved, right? Wrong. I take that first bite into my burger to realize that it was ice cold and charred black.
