This place was absolutely incredible. A client of mine recommended it to me and I’m so grateful I took her word on it and checked it out. I spend a LOT of time antiquing around the Nashville area and have some favorites, but this one really takes the cake. I’ve also unfortunately found that some of the shops around the outskirts of Nashville seem to treat me a little differently? I’m pretty covered in tattoos and wonder if they might perceive me as some sort of criminal? That’s the only conclusion I can come to. I get followed around, I’ve been accused of stealing or swapping tags, I’ve had to stay in the store while the owners called the booth renters to double check something that was already clearly marked, and just had people be blatantly rude to me (I’m also a small business myself and wouldn’t dream of taking away from another). But not this place. The people working there were extraordinarily kind and helpful. They were excited when talking about little deals or events they enjoy putting on for customers. The atmosphere was warm, collaborative and interactive. Even the floors had fun designs painted on them that made the whole experience seem like that much more of an adventure. And I just couldn’t get over the seemingly endless collections (and quality* collections, too!) I have nothing but wonderful things to say about this place and I hope they stay in business for many years to come....
Read moreMy boyfriend and I have visited this establishment two days in a row because we liked some of the things that we seen even though more than 3/4 if it was either obviously overpriced or valued at the higher price of book market value. With that being said; we realize that the business is sometimes not going to be aimed at lowest prices but to get the highest rate from clientele. This is their rights as owners but the most annoying and disturbing things that we encountered in there was the practice of stalking and outright rudeness in the form of asking us if they could take items we were holding up to the counter til we left as if we were going to steal them or eat them before we paid for them. We are clean cut professional men and we behave ourselves accordingly. It is a very uncooth practice of business to treat customers with a fake air of helpfulness. We spent a good deal of time and money for what we wanted but won’t visit you again. You need to re-evaluate this rude practice and be assured we will share our experience with our family...
