Waffle House — Restaurant in Dickson

Place was dirty. Got order wrong. District manager was there. But, all she did was hold up the counter. Everyone (except for a couple) should be replaced. My sausage had aluminum foil cooked into it. Showed our waiter and he said that's not good. The grits were like water. Those couldn't be eaten by anyone. Said we are short a cook and 4 waiters. If that's the case maybe the District manager should have done something besides set there. We had to clean our own table when we went in. We have eaten at waffle houses all over the country (we travel a lot) usually they are pretty consistent with their food and services. I passed up a shonneys to go to this waffle house, my biggest mistake. But I did make two trips to this one my (first and last) surely waffle house cannot let this restaurant continue with all these problems, and to top it off the District manager stood by and did nothing except hold up the counter. And our waiter turned in our ord⁸er for our pancake on three different occasions and nothing happened until my wife said she wanted to talk to the manager as to why we can't get the pancake. It was then delivered to our table by the time she got back to the table. We should have left but I wanted to just see if this was normal for their business and...

Went to this waffle house in Dickson Tennessee on hwy 70 and Mathis dr. Due to being banned from the 46 south one. Due to only one side of a simple story by a waitress who gets bad reviews often and one I seen buy drugs while working. And she wasn't even in the conversation that night she over heard mine and then started acting crazy made it much worse and embarrassed me .but I was never ask by the manger myside of this. I've gone there all my life my mom worked there close to 20 years ive never cause a problem. I'm retired combat veteran 23 years . Not a person to cause trouble But last night we act at the other location and I tell you those 3 were on top of things store looked great it used to be dirty . Workers were slouching then But they were working had a huge to go order I could see but the cook Joseph who ive know and know his past troubles but he was awesome cooking everything was perfect and he was like a new person also. Proves people can over come he is a great accent to your company the other two very good also. It restored my faith in the waffle house after such a bad experience at 46 south store several months ago and can't go back in .and I didn't do anything. But I know now if Joseph is cooking at hey 70 I'm gonna get a really good cooked...

Wow. Just wow for starters we get to the table they haven’t cleaned it yet told us to sit at the dirty table then they try to clean the table while we are sitting there they waitress with the box dye red hair slings hash browns all over my wife then brings us coffee with all the coffee grounds in them then takes 25 minutes to refill our coffees and as the guy who clearly isn’t a waiter starts pouring the coffee spills it on my wife like seriously -10 out of 10 service absolutely horrible I will never be returning here this place needs to shut down. Not only that while I’m typing this I’ve already been here for an hour and still haven’t gotten our food. 15 minutes later we got our food one at a time instead of as a whole and I don’t mean one person no they brought eggs on one plate 3 minutes later the waffle 4 minutes later the hashrowns then the sausage so all around I didn’t not like this...
