I’m giving two stars simply because on the phone the man was nice,yet I’m also only giving two stars because he refused to help me tune my sound system in my car because I had already purchased, and installed it myself. He saw that he wouldn’t make money off me so he opted out of helping me. Over the phone I had asked this Man if he had an oscilloscope for testing my distortion and he didn’t seem to know what an oscilloscope was. So, not only is this man unprofessional and a knowledgeable but he is also not very good at business. I was not asking for a free tune or anything of the sorts I was just wanting to take 15 minutes of his time to pay him for testing my system...

Very disappointed. Have had my vehicle in every year for 3 yrs after install with issues. Did upgrades after last issue to entire system. Rockford has 2 yr warranty. Christy says they only give her 1 yr. Could never actually keep an appointment. Now blown sub, blown amp, and want another 700 to get me a bigger amp that I suggested doing before the last one was installed, AND ANOTHER SUB. Won't stand by their work. Ive had 2 head units install, 2 amps now will be 3rd, rewired twice, and remote start. WONT BE GOING BACK! And lie to your face straight through...

Christi is an absolute gem! We have used her and her business so many times! Top notch service and they actually know what they're doing! 50 years in business with 2 locations should let you know they have the experience and the know how to treat you right and install your stereo, remote start, etc right!
