What a great place!!! Lots of history involved in their spirits! The men working the bar were not only knowledgeable but were extremely passionate regarding their products. We tried the prickly ash bitters (loved it), white whiskey, and then had an amor y amora cocktail (so very delicious). We purchased bottles of the lavender bitters, prickly ash bitters, and moonshine to take back to Colorado with us. The location of the distillery is right on top of the original Boot Hill cemetery (bodies moved to new cemetery). The atmosphere is very modern, comfortable and fun. They have games to play, you can tour the facility, and it’s very clean. We were stoked to find out they distribute to Colorado. We just have to go to their Facebook page to find all locations they distribute to. I definitely...

We arrived early at 3 pm for our 4 pm distillery tour. We decided to try our the Charcuterie board ... delicious! Our bartender, Austin, created two amazing old fashions. They were from a list of in‐house distillations, syrups, and our choice of bitters. Both drinks were amazing.

The tour was thoroughly enlightening. We saw every step of the process and we were able to try six in‐house products. They even make individual aged casks with recipe to order. The bourbon and whiskey is amazing. The vodka and gin is legit too. Special thanks to Brock, Julia, and Stephanie!Definitely worth a visit and a...

We were in town for one evening and decided to stop in to check it out. Everything was amazing! The whiskey is some of the best we have had, the cocktails are made spot on. They had live music on a well decorated patio as well as a Mexican food truck. Our bartender Stephanie recommended the wings. We thought she was crazy because Mexican and wings don’t go together. Well, we gave them a try and they were amazing. On the larger side, perfect fried and several flavors to choose from. If you are passing through town, definitely stop by and ask for Stephanie and try an...

A must stop for distillery lovers. On a road trip from Wisconsin to Tucson we opted for a day in Dodge. The town is awesome but that’s another story. We love distilleries and headed here for drinks after our day. We had the best time. The bartender (I’m embarrassed I didn’t get her name) explained all about their spirits, which are many. I had a house old fashioned and then built one. My wife had a hot bourbon and a rosemary mule. If we didn’t have to head to our campground we’d have had several more. We bought a bottle of Old Fashioned to go. Will def go back if ever in the area
