I will only give them one star out of 100 because of their return policy. I bought two items for a project of mine. It turns out the items didnāt fit for the project. I went to their store and asked for a refund. The employee asked the manager for help, and the manager came out from the back. The manager told me that the return policy for a refund is for members only, not ordinary customers. The total was more than 300 dollars. The manager wonāt give me the full refund, only give me more than 10 dollars of refund, not the total refund. The rest? They give me a gift card. I paid for the two items in cash and a credit card. I was loyal to their store when it was named āTrue Value Hardware.ā I have their membership under true value. But when they changed, they refused my old membership (even though my senior membership still works to buy stuff needed). They said that itās supposed (the membership card) to be blue not red. I was confused as heck. I had the receipt and everything. Worst bull-poop that I have ever experienced. Make sure you guys are wiser on buying things because their return policy is only āmemberships only,ā not for regular customers. Thank you for reading.
