Rattlesnake Grill Co. — Restaurant in Dodge City

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Rattlesnake Grill Co., and I can confidently say it was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The atmosphere is rustic yet elegant, with a welcoming vibe that immediately makes you feel at home. The cozy wooden interiors and charming décor add a personal touch, making it a great spot for both intimate dinners and group gatherings.

The food is absolutely outstanding. I started with their house-made smoked wings, which were perfectly crispy on the outside while tender and juicy on the inside. For the main course, I ordered the grilled bison burger, which was rich in flavor and cooked exactly to my liking. The combination of fresh ingredients and expertly balanced spices made each bite a treat.

The service was exceptional as well. Our server was friendly, attentive, and made great recommendations based on our preferences. The timing of the dishes was perfect, and we never felt rushed or overlooked.

The prices are very reasonable for the high-quality food and overall experience. Rattlesnake Grill Co. is definitely a place I will return to, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience with delicious food and...

Ordered the rattlesnake combo and I want to start off by mentioning the price is great for the portions you get and the size of the burger was huge but not overwhelming despite it having two luscious beef patties. The flavor profile of the burger was perfectly balanced with a slightly gentle char but juicy on the inside and the bacon was perfect and added perfect depths of flavor and the lettuce and tomato and grilled onions complimented the burger and gave it a refreshing taste and the way it was constructed was excellent and the burger may appear simple but sometimes simple is more and I finished the burger no problem and enjoyed every bite. Now for the bacon cheesy fries.... perfect crisp crinkle fries with loads of hot cheese and bits of bacon may have looked like a mess but it was a beautiful mess and the flavor the fries had was amazing with all that cheese and bacon goodness and a perfect hint of lemon flavor, definitely the best loaded fries I ever had. Definitely give this place 5 stars and if you are in dodge city please try this place out! Oh and bonus kudos for them bringing the food out to us super hot and fresh, the wait was worth it cause I rather wait for quality than to rush someone...

In terms of food, it was fresh and tasted delicious. However, the dinning service and atmosphere could be improved.

1. Since there is no cash register in the front desk, I assumed we’d have full service once we were instructed to sit anywhere. However, once we placed our orders we were asked to pay and tip before our dine in experience was over. Then our waitress quite literally left the restaurant.
2. The restaurant has about half full when we arrived. But it was complete silence. I noticed a couple TV screens but there was no music or anything to buffer the conversations that were happening in the dinning room. In addition, Spanish bangers were playing in the kitchen and banter in the kitchen was audible enough for us to hear.
3. I had ordered a Jalapeño burger but received a rattlesnake instead. The staff argued that it was what was on the receipt. Had our server repeated what we ordered the mistake would not had happened.

Like I stated earlier food was great, but service and atmosphere was questionable. To better emphasize the the experience, it was giving parents arguing in the kitchen while the children’s and guest were awkwardly eating at the dinning...
